Episode 12:
RTR License is issued by WPC (Department of Telecommunications) once the exam has been passed.

The RTR exam fees cost 500 rupees which needs to be paid in:

RTR 2020 Schedule(will be changed due to COVID):

On completion of the exam the license can be obtained for either 20 years or for lifetime.
