Interesting...but I wondered why you didn't use some of the cotton under the refill. (I found that my work comes out better since I just sliced open the mold at the point of the refill. It stays closed during pouring/curing and gives me a much longer lasting mold.)

Cotton would work in a similar way, but I used stuffing because I already had it and wanted to try it. 😊
