    I feel like you can't really do a review of this camera without shooting in raw... It's the main selling feature. But it's good to know that the H.265 footage is amazing as well!

    Is it possible to disassemble the legs of the drone and still be able to use the camera without any problems?
    Would be great to just have the camera without the drone.

    Hi can you test the time lapse ability of the camera. Can you test the interval mode of the camera just sitting on a table not flying to check how steady the gimbal's baseline is with producing images that are stitched into a time lapse? Just wondering how steady this is compare to other gimbals.

      I’m sorry we probably won’t be able to test that for you!

    Can't you get full 360 camera movement with the Phantom by setting it in a headless (course lock) mode?

    Great review! And nice footages. Can you made a video to see the difference (in image quality) between the x5s and the x7 with zoom in the footage? Thanks a lot!

    if you tell me you're a pilot and i see crooked horizon lines, i'm out. 1:29 , 1:54 , 4:09 , 4:17 ... i can't watch anymore.

    Hello. Tell me, have you been using INSPIRE 2 for a long time? Were there any problems, could the flight module or some other INSPIRE 2 device fail?

    If I wanna use Zenmuse X7 without Inspire just like a Gimble Camera, such as Osmo Plus, is it possible? Is there any extenstion rod there for this Camera?

  • @reddepo

    10:16 why haven't DJI made it possible to attach the X7 to the Ronin-S?

    • @connormccaskill
      @connormccaskill  6 лет назад +1

      No idea!

    • @reddepo
      @reddepo 6 лет назад +1

      It's a shame. Maybe someone will create a custom gimbal that can.

    • @bjornszz

      The X7 is not an entire camera, it’s a sensor and a gimbal. Half the camera is inside the Inspire 2.

      Lol! I know right. Expensive as crap. Get a P4 Pro if you want to save money. I find the image quality very comparable .

    Can you confirm if the INSPIRE 2 latest software supports to hide the OSD from the HDMI output ? Im planning to buy one.. ONLY if I can have a clean HDMI output video feed for TV broadcasting. I've been reading lots of complaints about the Phantom 4 Pro+ in which DJI removed that feature (but it was present in old firmwares in P3P). I just wanna make sure I make the right decision.

    3:46 you say that you could never get a shot that smooth with a phantom, but I have a P4P and by using course lock I can pull of that shot easily, it is just a bit harder and requires a bit more skill than on the inspire 2, and is the small change in image quality worth 5x the price? I would love to shoot dng raw, but spending 10 grand on a drone is just unrealistic, especially knowing that I just fly for myself, the Inspire is great, better that the phantom, but not 10x better, as the price might suggest. Otherwise awesome video!

    • @polashquadhi2330
      @polashquadhi2330 5 лет назад

      In professional world to get 10x better they don't spend 10x more. The math is not multiplication, it's rather exponential. To get a 5x better job done a studio is ready to spend (5 X 5). Yes, for hobbyist Inspire might not be the right choice, and DJI didn't say so. For studios, it's a revolution. Cause they used to hire choppers for the Arial Shots now taken by this device, and they couldn't use Phantom or other drones as those didn't have Cinema Camera. There is only one Drone in this world now, which has access in real film industry. 10x better means huge in this world.

    "20 minutes to 30 minutes" is a 50% speculation... lol. Battery life never exceeds 25 mins, especially with the X7!

    Hasselblad? Nope, I'd bet serious money that it's DJI partnership with SONY that has made this X7 a reality. Even Hasselblad relied HEAVILY on Sony electrons for their cameras in recent years. This thing screams "SONY" through and through. I'm 100% certain it's a Sony sensor. That is Sony 6k readout and scaling engine. And, I strongly suspect that Sony was contracted to help DJI develop the lens mount, it's communications protocol and focusing systems and I suspect that Sony helped them design each lens. Something else,...look at how large the mount socket is. Is ther room for a potential full frame sensor to fit inside it? I dont have one so I cant really tell but I bet that DJI wanted for full frame sensors to be in this this systems future. Hmmmm.....

    • @JJBERDE
      @JJBERDE 6 лет назад +1

      Wow! You got it for free? So it must be good. ;) (thats the problem with the „I got it for free so I review it“-reviews they are always biosd.
      I was only referring to you saying:“This shot could not have been done with any other drone. Worng. Only because you can‘t fly it doesn‘t mean noone can. But ey.... you got it for free!!!

    • @connormccaskill
      @connormccaskill  6 лет назад

      Lol ya we have a deal with DJI. We can review stuff but we cant sell it or "keep it" forever. I have shot on the P4 pro personally and think its the best drone on the market still in terms of image quality and price. But of course the I2 is amazing!!!
