This is crazy- I listen to podcast on Spotify (so didn’t see the photos) but was pointed to this by my dad. The old man in the header referred to as ‘Michael’ is my dad’s cousin (so my 2nd cousin?). His name is Andrew! He’s been season ticket holder for over 50 years! He even went to Englands World Cup final in 66’ great photo!
I sit in the same row as the chap with the hat and tie. This book looks great. I’m going to order. I wonder if Pete has been moved for next season with the corporate seats introduced to the lower Doug? It sounds like he is close to that area. Sad news if so. We are terrified they’ll move us soon after 30 years!!
As a professional photographer (albeit a wedding photographer) I think these are great. Very much with a street photographer approach. Its worth noting that if you did turn up at Villa Park (or any professional football) with large telephoto lenses and cameras, you won't be able to take your gear in without press accreditation.
