How To: Faux Finish Patina

- I quickly demonstrate how to achieve a faux 'Patina' finish using paint from Paint Couture Paint! I started with a clay pot which already was finished in a pale green color with raised detailing. This technique works ideally on details or carvings but can be done to flat surfaces as well to create interest, depth...and of course 'age'

Love it. I would have opted for gold (or copper) as the first layer so it pokes through with each swipe vs. seeing it laying on top. 😉
