No listen, I discovered those about 4-5 years ago now, and I LOVE them sm. I always get the lavender ones but I also want to try the chamomile ones, too. I also get the patches that have little sheep on them that heat up to soothe an area that maybe hurts. I stick those ones on the insides of my sleep shorts when I get my period and the cramps hit extra hard. Feels good on the lower tummy for that. Loving Japanese products like this and my boyfriend is just putting me on to even more awesome products

Love the concept! Just wish you didn't use something scented on a plane as some people are really sensitive to that and it could bother people around you. But using it in a scenario where you're not around other people, love it!
