RM had a group of Underground friends that deserted him when he became an idol. He was told he wasn't Hip Hip anymore which led him to try to figure out who he is. He finally stated in other songs like Idol, that he is just himself and that's ok with him to not fit into a box. This song was born from that hurt and frustration of being left behind by people he thought were his friends.

@@G.Rudi.B I completely agree!!! RMs evolution because of this experience (as well as SUGAs bc they are very very similar) the growth in their work is remarkable. All stages of grief can be found in their works and they found success and peace at the end, unlike their former friends who are still somewhere underground. To quote Agust D "while you were underground, BTS was playing on ground level. I have used up more pens in number than you have fans" Karma doesn't play!
When RM wrote this song, he was battling the box that people were trying to put them in. Was he a rapper or an idol? And they were trying to make it exclusive. And RM was having none of that. He was refusing to allow anybody to label him or pigeonhole him. this is actually what brought me into liking BTS. I hate labels and RM was refusing to allow anyone to label him.
Thissss!!! Please react to these! RM was his first mixtape, then came Mono and after Indigo which was his first solo album and was released this past December. All masterpieces and show his versatility. He really makes art based on his state of mind, thoughs and life experiences!Such a wise man. He really processed all the hate, prejudice and negativity he got and the members got and rose to be the amazing artist he is now. Always honest and true to himself!🫅🏻🫡💜👊🏼💪🏼🔥🔥🔥🔥
RM’s biggest inspiration and role model is Pharrell Williams and Nas. RM and Pharrell were actually just interviewed together for the Rolling Stone magazine. You should check out their interview! Just a lil background info for you.
Yesss, Pharrell was really impressed by Namjoon’s questions & you can get more insight into his mind. Namjoon is very intelligent & well spoken as you can tell from his music/lyrics. I was smiling like a proud mama watching the interview🥹
RM really is a poet for our times and a master lyricist. He writes deeply because he thinks deeply. He reads a lot and is a student of master scholars as well as a true student of hip hop from way back.
You are my favorite reactor at the moment. You look at the artist without prejudice, you look at what he creates and speak honestly about your feelings. This is how it should look.
Singularity really shows his soulful style and Stigma takes that same style and shows his vocal range. Both are great! He was definitely the one you commented about having a strong vocal.
Yes! What RM said 8 years ago still resonates today! So much of what BTS shares is relatable no matter what year it was written, how old you are, your gender or nationality. Thank you for taking the time to really listen and feel their music. Music has no boundaries. I have so much respect for you GameBoyy310. You're the Real Deal!
I think you would really like Wildflower by RM. The song is so poetic and the vocals are on point. Another one from that album is All Day featuring Tablo. Tablo is a member of the older group Epik High and is one of RM and Suga’s muses when it comes to music
I love that you recognized the sample! few reacters recognize lol Namjoon is one of the kpop idols that has suffered the most from the aesthetic pressure of beauty standards, he is not part of the beauty standard in south korea, so he says a lot about it in his solo songs, 'Do You' is the main one. Being a kpop idol who sings hiphop is a big dilemma for Namjoon. Kpop doesn't accept him, and hiphop has already judged him for "wearing too much makeup". So i really liked what you said about it, you even gave Eminem as an example. Thank you for saying such nice things!
I can now always trust you will not only pick out the best or inspiration (in this first mixtape RM uses others beats to show he can flow on any sort of beat) and you can pick out the nuance. You are seriously the talk of twitter Army as you can tell from you steady high views, we absolutely adore you perspective and you keep finding little things even we have missed or a way of interpreting we hadn’t thought of.
you became my favourite bts reactor fr, i like the fact that you actually take the time to read the lyrics and understand what they’re trying to say and appreciate the efforts they put in their songs unlike the people doing reactions while just sitting there and saying nothing, just waiting for the views to barge in so i wanna thank you for these amazing videos :)
Suga’s new MV goes out 4/7 Korean time and they’re 16 hours ahead for Pacific Coast Time, not sure what time zone you’re in so keep in mind the time differences. So it actually drops on Thursday for us in the US.
According to the location on the RUclips video he lives in Los Angeles, which is in Pacific Daylight Time. For GameBoyy the Pre-release track should be out on April 6th, at 9 PM. The title track along with the rest of the album's tracks should be out on April 20th at 9 PM.
Love your interpretation of this song - I think the visuals are ambiguous on purpose for the audience to decide their own message. For me, the self help books and the pills and the surgery and reference to all the different styles of clothing were him letting us know you don’t have to follow trends or take substances to dull down your own shine. Instead of trying to achieve perfection or a societal “norm” or succumb to peer pressure, stay true to your beliefs, hopes, and dreams and love yourself for who you are 💜 this is a central theme in most of their music
This. And with the girl being the one taking the pills and teasing the shirt lift....it's a specific message about diet/skinny culture amongst idols. Particularly female idols (but men suffer from it too). And having to take pills and get surgery to be thin and stay thin. And overall just "fixing" how they look.
And u are right as well. I know people, who hate chocolate. Even if i can't imagine something like this, but while chocolate is a symbol for goods to me, to others it's just gross. (Some people have high taste sensibility and chocolate tastes bitter to them.) So, u r both right!
Not me crying at 3.52am listening to your commentary to this MV towards the end of the video because I've been struggling with my self esteem and at the moment I feel not confident about pursuing to do one of my personal projects which is content creating on another social media platform because I'm not exactly sure the thing I want to do, people will like it or not. So listening to what you said gave me a push of confidence that I can do this and shouldn't think too much of what people say. So I just wanna thank you
Ay you’re not alone. We all need that push, and I mean often. Man you gotta do you and whoever gon fuck wit it will come. And never mind who doesn’t🤷🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️ Main thing is you don’t wanna regret never taking action, then you’ll resent yourself. THATS harder to live with. But this is all just my opinion and experience
Doolset Bangtan translations are the gold standard. She even will note when they are harkening back to previous songs and explain cultural references and if there are multiple possible translations/interpretations. Some lyric videos use Doolset’s translations. The benefit of Doolset’s, on their website, is that it captures multiple lines at once( and it’s easier to go back when you miss something due to how fast he is spitting.
This man who survived a heart surgery that had only 30% chances of survival, was degraded by the world, that tried to keep him into the limits of the moulds they had created. He emerged and is now the most important man in the world. his songs give hope and comfort to people till this day..and.... I DONT FUCKING UNDERSTAND HOW HE CAN JUST RAP SO SMOOTHLY!?!?!?!???
@weluvb5 No its not. Namjoon talked about his heart surgery in an interview himself. And there's also this...lyrics from one of the songs where he says "my heart stopped when I was 9 or 10". I'm pretty convinced that there must be a reason he mentioned it.
Thank you for your reaction! I'm a Korean and I can tell you that the translations seemed pretty accurate. I apologize on behalf of Hybe for the missing sub. Some old materials of BTS don't have subs. 🤦♀️ I love the message of this song too! The standard of beauty is somewhat high in Korea, thus many girls get plastic surgeries to "fit in." RM was telling us "Nah, you don't need that girl. You're a limited edition. Don't follow other ppl. Do you." I think you're going to love RM's "Still Life," "Persona", "Wild Flower" 😊 They all have official MVs with subtitles.
RM had a meet-up/interview with Pharrell a few months back. Pharrell's new album "Phriends" has a track with BTS. The pre-release "People Pt. 2" off of "D-Day" is dropping this Friday at midnight EST... so 9pm CST on Thursday for you. :) The full album will be out April 21st at midnight EST. SUGA has a track called "People" on his album "D-2", I HIGHLY recommend listening to it before the new track; "People Pt. 2" features the Korean female soloist, IU. SUGA has worked with her before, he produced and featured on her track "Eight".
Look at you finding these gems that most reactors don’t even dare touch. You even recognize the sample! Armys love when people actually read and understand the message that the boys are trying to convey. They are this big for a reason and we love that you recognize that. Time for the cyphers man!
Yep. I like you. You look at the music first and give respect when you think respect is do, and you have an open mind. We need more reactors like you. 💜
Pls check out RM's new album Indigo..a different vibe but equally good to listen to. His lyricism reflect his deep thoughts n wisdom...its a mellower RM but his music still hits
Big Shout Out from Brazil.🇧🇷 I absolutely LOVE your reactions. One of my fave RMs songs. And to be fair, there was alot of judgement of Eminem at the time. Its just he's not only determined but a bit petty and got through all that sh!t If you like a little bluesy, soul, jazzy sound "House of Cards" live. It's so good
I've never click a reaction this fast! I was hoping you do this reaction. I'm really enjoying your honest reactions, and I'm glad to see you are enjoying the journey and allowing yourself fall into the rabbit hole. Welcome to the gang! lol
Insightful and deep as usual. Everything that comes out of your mouth is so sensible and logical, you really see the things other reactors don't and bring light upon the moments that we don't see a lot of reactors do. I love it. For more RM, definitely react to Wildflower and Still Life. Wildflower is deep and profound just like Do You and describes his journey as an idol. Still Life features THE Anderson Paak, the MV is super funky and catchy and the lyrics are amazingly creative. It'll be stuck in your head for weeks! 😊
@@G.Rudi.B Fire is DEFINITELY the word for it, my friend! :) You'll see his evolution as an artist. It's a very recent song from his first solo album Indigo, which came out in December. The RM of today is VERY, very different from the RM you've seen so far in 'Joke' and 'Do you' :)
FYI! it was never officially cemented as 'real me', RM simply casually gave a suggestion that it could refer to 'real me', but mainly he wanted to move away from being only boxed as 'rap monster'.
lets GOOOOO. i'm so excited for the new song dropping on friday. if you do a reaction, i hope you post it 24 hours after. it's a tradition made out of respect for BTS to allow people to stream/watch the original video before giving streams to reactors. appreciate you! i'm throwing out a recommendation for you: Paradise by BTS. it def has some R&B vibes for ya and a great showing from both vocal line and rap line
I’m so glad you’re showing so much deserved love and praise to our boys especially our leader RM who’s not always show the love he deserves by fans. Namjoon has talked about the fact that he doesn’t like a lo of his old music anymore but we love it a lot so im really glad this is where youre starting. If I could show him any reaction videos I would show him yours because youre clearly someone who lives and breaths music like he does. I’m not Korean but im a long time K-pop fan and long time ARMY so I’d like to give you some context for this song and the imagery in this video. BTS had a really hard time for the first few years of their career for so so many reasons. They were attacked on all sides. From everyone to the idol industry to the K-hip hop rappers of the time and even their past friends. Everything they did was always questioned and judged and they had a lot of pressure to act like a real “Idol”. To be clean, cute, boys. Even though most of them were adults by this time idols were not allowed to do things like talk about sex or drugs or even dating. Swearing was very frowned upon. Everything he does in this video were things that were pushing the boundaries. From what I’ve heard out side of their fans this song (and a lot of BTSs early music) was not well received which in my opinion makes this song so much more impactful. Like I said im not Korean and K-ARMY (what we call Korean army) would be able to explain it much better than I can. Once again thank you so much for showing out Namjoon so much love I can’t wait to watch your next video! Also so off topic but I love the new green ends!

Hey, Agust D is releasing a new song this friday, People pt. 2 (feat. IU)! You could check two songs to be prepared: Agust D - People (this is part 1) IU - Eight (feat. SUGA) (his previous collab with IU)
The cyphers are classics, “the last”, “what do you think”, “Tony Montana” from Suga, “Champion-remix” - RM, “Hangsang” - J-Hope are some of my favorites from these three you havent reacted to yet🫶 “Louder than bombs” bringe tears to my eyes even after listing to it so many times🫰
Watching you almost looking hungry, enjoying some of the most delicious food you’ve had before, is a beautiful thing. And 💯you’re nailing the messages. So happy that you hopped on for the ride with BTS. And yes, d-day from AgustD/Yoongi is MUCH anticipated. It’s going to include some very interesting features on it. Looking forward to your enjoying it with us Borahae💜
I love how you really pay attention to bts lyrics. People tend to think they sing about flowers and hearts but their songs are soo deep. Thanks for being so open and sharing
Think of this song in the context of S. Korean culture and what type of pressure he would be under. They have a very strong community mindset almost hive like. Like what you do in your life affects the rest. S. Korea has one of the highest suicide rates in the world for teens, and its because of the pressures that not only their own family may put on them, but their own pressures of what their society expects of them. To them, sometimes unfortunately, they see only one out. So this song slaps just a bit more because of that
I can't think of ONE song BTS or the members individually have that has no meaning, NOT ONE! Every single song has a meaning and is studied, like RM reads books from famous psychologists, physicists and stuff. They study there stuff! They are sooo sooo smart and they spread a good positive message thru their music.
For listening to SUGA's new track (People pt. 2) coming out on April 7, it might be best to listen to 'People' from his D-2 album first. That and IU's 'Eight' (ft. and prod. by SUGA) so you can have a little bit of context of the new song.
His sound has changed a lot but what hasn’t changed is him encouraging people to be themselves. He’s always been an inspiration. Listen to Yun from his last album Indigo. Also I’m guessing you’ll react to Agust D’s drop this week but it’s a part 2. So i’d advice you to listen to People by him before the drop.
Since RM and suga came from underground rapping they did get shit on from other rappers for going "mainstream" and would tell them they weren't hip hop because they wear make up on stage. So that is how this song and 'AGUST D' track came to be along with the Cyphers and others. 💜
i recommend you listen to "the last" by agust d. the lyrics are very deep and yoongi talks about his personal struggles both as a person and as an artist
RM is so good with play word. He's so poetic and intelligent lyricist!! Can you react to B-side song, The Last by Agust D? There's no MV so you can use lyrics video!! Looking forward for it! Cause that rap is so painful.

Loved this! RM was a lot younger here, I think this song was released in 2015, and it's so endearing to watch how he has grown over the years. His latest song, Wildflower, is my favorite song by him (along with moonchild), and it's so beautiful, both lyric wise and sound wise. The music video is also amazing to watch, so I really recommend that song next if you want to hear his latest work! As always, I really like your videos and I'm always looking forward to more!
SUGA/AgustD’s pre-release track “People Part 2” is dropping Friday at midnight Eastern so…it could be Thursday for you depending on what time zone you’re in. For me in Seattle (pacific time zone) it’s 9pm Thursday). It’ll be the same when the album D-DAY drops on 4/21, check your time zone cuz it could be late Thursday night on 4/20.
AGUST D’s new song People pt 2 comes out on Thursday at 9:00pm for the west coast. So excited!! It’s going to be 🔥 IU is amazing! He has worked with her before. Doolset is the best place for translations.
Thats why we love BTS because they give meaning to their music. They delve into a little bit of everything from mental health to sometimes political (Korean) topics to self love and so much more and they obviously make great musical beats that flow with the lyrics. I’m glad you’ve enjoyed everything you’ve listened to so far. I recommend Black Swan. Its a masterpiece I know you will also love. Another great reaction!
Since Suga is releasing "People pt.2" on Friday, you might want to react to the original "People" first. My recommendation is the lyric video on "Enjoy BTS More" because it includes a clip of Suga talking about the song.
agust D's new song on Friday is called People pt.2 and its part 2 of his song People which was in his last album D-2 the one which has Daechwita as the title track. People is very different from what you've heard so far by him and it's my comfort song you can check it out before his new song drops
Oh also, you've probably seen a lot of recommendations for the rapline's song Tear, it's a fan favorite. If you do react to it, you gotta react to a live performance imo. Their energy/stage presence is like nothing else.
We hearing you! Gotta tell, there are many songs one can listen to way too many. So i know you are getting loads of recommendations. I got one too. Suga actually collabed with Juice WRLD. Song being "girl of my dreams" and it is something you gotta check out
I’m excited for the new Agust D drop!! just so you know we usually ask reactors to drop their reaction at least 24 hours after a new song drops. That way army is able to fully focus on streaming the song 💜
Just revisiting your reactions and MAN whereve you been? I miss your reactions so much. The insightful commentary, the focus on lyrics! Come back please!
I think the lyrics that you had trouble to read said that in Korean langauge the Word for passion & fashion is basically the same and back then,as the Song relased Skiny Jeans and fashion shows weren't that in the "Hip Hop scene/game (yet)" going by older reactors who were surprised he said that when he did. Also, I always understood it like you like if someone is morally, religously agianst plastic surgery then don't do it to yourself but don't blame anyone else who likese - love it to get this and that fixed...like live and let live.
Love how you take time to read the lyrics and your talk after you listen to the song. That's how a good song inspires people and resonate with people regardless of time.
RM is such a great Artist. Indigo is a masterpiece. And in his Last live he said that hes Wirkung in new music and that it feels like he did not REALLY make music before, so I think we have no idea what he is capable of when it comes to the direction he is going. I love how the members are keeping us busy, and i‘m so excited for people pt.2, i love people so much 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
I appreciate your reactions.💜 Agust D "People pt 2" MV is dropping midnight April 7th eastern, 9 p.m. April 6th Pacific time zone. "People" (pt 1) is on his second mixtape D-2. There is no official MV for People; there are lyric videos.
the song that’s being released thursday is actually a part 2, a continuance of yoongi’s “people” from his mixtape d-2 and the singer he’s collaborating with is i.u. they’ve done a collab before, “eight”. i would definitely check out those two before the drop to get a feel of everything ^^
The pills are more a reflection of diet culture and idols having to stay SUPER thin at all times. And taking uppers and whatnot to maintain it. BTS members have struggled with criticisms about their looks. RM was called ugly when they debuted and even Jimin would starve himself and work out obsessively to stay muscular and thin. RM is basically saying you don't have to follow what society tells you you need to look like or do and to just "do you." If you want to follow fashion trends or get surgery to look a certain way, that's fine. But if you don't, *you don't have to* and that's okay too. Do it for *YOU.* Edit: someone else pointed out about RMs identity crisis but there is actually an interview that you can find clips of where an underground rapper (`who unsurprisingly went nowhere, thank you karma) told RM AND Suga that they are girls and aren't real men or real rappers because they wear skirts and makeup. It's super frustrating to watch and the boys handled themselves really well but you can tell they were FUMING. Rightly so. RM was hurt more I think and let Suga take over and finish the answer.
Love all your reactions! Yes, I agree that we should all take a listen to 'Do You' everyday to remind ourselves to live our authentic life and to let others do the same.💜

yes singularity is a masterpiece!!
That was the one with the deeper strong voice huh?
Singularity really shows his soulful style and Stigma takes that same style and shows his vocal range. Both are great! He was definitely the one you commented about having a strong vocal.
Yes! What RM said 8 years ago still resonates today! So much of what BTS shares is relatable no matter what year it was written, how old you are, your gender or nationality. Thank you for taking the time to really listen and feel their music. Music has no boundaries. I have so much respect for you GameBoyy310. You're the Real Deal!
Yup that’s why good music with substance lives on forever
Okay y'all!! Now I think he's ready for
Persona
Shadow
and
Ego!
LET'S GO!!!💜🔥🔥🔥🔥
yes it’s a MUST !!!
Yessss!!! For so many reasons, yes!!
OMG yes they are a MUST
UP!
Yes
I think you would really like Wildflower by RM. The song is so poetic and the vocals are on point. Another one from that album is All Day featuring Tablo. Tablo is a member of the older group Epik High and is one of RM and Suga’s muses when it comes to music
I think he'll like every song from that album. Such a good album
Yess! I love this song sm, I'd love to see him react to this! The whole album is so good
Wildflower live, Youjeen really shines and complements RM perfectly.
i cry every time i watch the MV for wildflower 😭 definitely my favorite from indigo
I love that you recognized the sample! few reacters recognize lol
Namjoon is one of the kpop idols that has suffered the most from the aesthetic pressure of beauty standards, he is not part of the beauty standard in south korea, so he says a lot about it in his solo songs, 'Do You' is the main one.
You are seriously the talk of twitter Army as you can tell from you steady high views, we absolutely adore you perspective and you keep finding little things even we have missed or a way of interpreting we hadn’t thought of.
my man is famous on twt stan 😂
Thanx Maria. I low key feel like it’s our job to breakdown what the artist is trying to convey. I mean, they put it out for a reason right?
"Society's all for the loudest voice
And here I am, still speaking silence"
RM - Wild flower lyrics ❤
you became my favourite bts reactor fr, i like the fact that you actually take the time to read the lyrics and understand what they’re trying to say and appreciate the efforts they put in their songs unlike the people doing reactions while just sitting there and saying nothing, just waiting for the views to barge in so i wanna thank you for these amazing videos :)
Thanx for tappin in. Means alot fr
Can't wait for you to react to all the Cyphers 🔥 they SNAPPED
Yes!
cypher 2 still makes me go crazy
When I’m mad and needed a release i listen to all cyphers😂
@@xhpshang3707 also perfect while working out 🥴
I’ll definitely get to that soon. Been hearing a lot about the cyphers
RM is just so intellectual and poetic switch his words. He makes you think.
Off tops
Suga’s new MV goes out 4/7 Korean time and they’re 16 hours ahead for Pacific Coast Time, not sure what time zone you’re in so keep in mind the time differences. So it actually drops on Thursday for us in the US.
According to the location on the RUclips video he lives in Los Angeles, which is in Pacific Daylight Time. For GameBoyy the Pre-release track should be out on April 6th, at 9 PM. The title track along with the rest of the album's tracks should be out on April 20th at 9 PM.
13 hours ahead of East Coast US.
The song and music video will drop on 12 am EST
That should be 9pm PST Pacific time zone on Thursday April 6
Yeah I’m in L.A, I forget about the time difference
I love it how he refers to RM as the big bro but he's actually the youngest in the rapline
I really appreciate your reactions man
Love your interpretation of this song - I think the visuals are ambiguous on purpose for the audience to decide their own message.
I think you’re right actually
(Some people have high taste sensibility and chocolate tastes bitter to them.)
So, u r both right!
That's a false rumor. We would've seen a scar on his chest
@weluvb5 No its not. Namjoon talked about his heart surgery in an interview himself. And there's also this...lyrics from one of the songs where he says "my heart stopped when I was 9 or 10". I'm pretty convinced that there must be a reason he mentioned it.
You are definitely my favorite reactor now. You get it and I appreciate your respect of BTS’ talent. Can’t wait to your reaction to D-Day! 💜💜
With Joon and SUGA they challenge the reading levels at the same time they’re blowing our minds w their bars 😂
Man U ain’t neva lied 😂
Thank you for your reaction! I'm a Korean and I can tell you that the translations seemed pretty accurate. I apologize on behalf of Hybe for the missing sub. Some old materials of BTS don't have subs. 🤦♀️
I love the message of this song too! The standard of beauty is somewhat high in Korea, thus many girls get plastic surgeries to "fit in." RM was telling us "Nah, you don't need that girl. You're a limited edition. Don't follow other ppl. Do you."
I think you're going to love RM's "Still Life," "Persona", "Wild Flower" 😊 They all have official MVs with subtitles.
Btw “Kang Cho Won” is the beautiful young lady in the vid.
Idk if this info was needed but to anyone that was curious. Absolutely stunning individual
Even without English lyrics...u can still feel his swag n enjoy his cadence..n the imagery is powerful n does convey Do You.
Exactly
Preciate chu Katie 💚🫡
Pls check out RM's new album Indigo..a different vibe but equally good to listen to. His lyricism reflect his deep thoughts n wisdom...its a mellower RM but his music still hits
Big Shout Out from Brazil.🇧🇷
I absolutely LOVE your reactions.
You are so smart and aware of the details, you really pay attettion, take notes and analyze the meanings behind everything and this is so endearing.
You are doing AMAZING.
I love to watch you so just keep going dear. ARMY will embrace you all over the world.
Thank you Love. S/O to Brazil‼️‼️💪🏾🇧🇷
He aged like fine wine, by the way, sharper and more profound. I love RM's lyrics. Indigo, his last work is a chef's kiss!💜
This song really shows how smart RM is. ARMY already knows but this showed the GP how skilled and wise he is.
As a Black West Indian 'Army Mom'...who spent 20 plus yrs in Montreal. Canada. Since relocated (home) to the tiniest Island in the Caribbean and discovered our boys in 2016. Love meeting 'new BTS reactioners' in here. It's like - seeing these vids a shit ton of times? No prob. Seen through 'your' lens...always makes it a 'different' experience. JHope/JCole's vid def sparked interest and have introduced guys who NEVER would've given BTS - the time of day? Into Die Hard Army. Welp? Is why we are the largest Fan Base. To date and a World Wide Family. Whether you (choose to deep dive) BTS or not. Borahea 💜💜
YAY! I REALLY LOVE THIS MV! IM GLAD YOU ENJOYED THIS!
One of my fave RMs songs.
And to be fair, there was alot of judgement of Eminem at the time. Its just he's not only determined but a bit petty and got through all that sh!t
If you like a little bluesy, soul, jazzy sound "House of Cards" live. It's so good
I've never click a reaction this fast! I was hoping you do this reaction. I'm really enjoying your honest reactions, and I'm glad to see you are enjoying the journey and allowing yourself fall into the rabbit hole. Welcome to the gang! lol
GANG GAAAANG 💪🏾💪🏾🫡
BTW JIMIN just hit Billboard no 1 in hot100 chart for "Like Crazy". Jimin's new album "Face" . A masterpiece
Gotta check out more RM definitely. Well all of them really. The one wit Anderson Paak gotta be fire I’m sure
I hope all the new reactors know the 24 hour rule
heavy on this! both on the 24hr rule and recommending paradise for u to listen. its one of my favorite songs by them EVER
People who really understand life and music really love RM, RM has mature fans not like the makane fans that after visuals and views on yt but he really has die hard fans that not always on social media.
@@haifayassin2842 rm teaches us not to judge people by putting labels on them and that's exactly what you did. all the real fans appreciate their craft and messages
@John Doe Are you for real? did you actually understand what I said .
The fact that they pushed through all the hate and judgement is respectable. That illustrates their strength and determination. Gotta respect that.
Luv how you can appreciated his great lyrics. RM is one of a kind person. His lyrics can move you and resonate with all of us despite of we come from different part of the world. That is why BTS became a worldwide group, because BTS had a worldwide beautiful mind leader.
There is a RUclips channel called “the honest take” that I just watch part of his reaction to Wildflower and he was talking shit about his lyrics. Said he sounded like a petulant middle schooler with a crush. First thing I thought of was you and your appreciation of his amazing lyrics, well after I was mad on RM’s behalf. He is one of the best lyricist out there. 💜💜💜
I watched the same reactor and thought to myself "How the f*ck did he get tween girl writing about her crush?" At the end he realize what a dick he was and that the lyrics were deeper than what he thought but tried to play it off like he couldn't relate to the lyrics.😂
also started to watch it but couldn't make it to the end!
@@amimom2837 We as a society need to bring back public shaming in the village square 🤣🤣. Some people have gotten far too comfortable being stupid in public. That's such a remedial way to assess music. By that logic he would have to dislike most music in the world because he cannot possibly relate to these millionaire celebs with insane fame talking about their lives that he will never live. That's such a childish way to look at music. I can't imagine the secondhand embarrassment.
What crush 😂? wildflower isn't even about love wtf
Omg yes!!! You said it. RM is a monster. We get and respect the Real me.... he Cannot run from what he is. Fact. Forever My RapMon!!
Please react Cypher pt1,2,3 and 4 by BTS love your reaction!!
Your love for music is unmatched. Your reactions are top tier
Thanx Michelle. I see you all the time too 💚💚Thanx for tappin in💪🏾🫡
RM and Suga have a joint song called "Strange" as well as "Respect" both are great
Edit: "All Night ft. Suga and RM" by Juice World as well
Also “All Night” ft JUICE WRLD! I love that one so much!

Hey, Agust D is releasing a new song this friday, People pt. 2 (feat. IU)!
You could check two songs to be prepared:
Agust D - People (this is part 1)
IU - Eight (feat. SUGA) (his previous collab with IU)
Please do reactions to all 4 of their Cyphers. You will not be disappointed!! Trust!!! They’re are on fire on these!!!
Suga is dropping an album this 21st April and a pre release song on this coming Friday ❤
The cyphers are classics, “the last”, “what do you think”, “Tony Montana” from Suga, “Champion-remix” - RM, “Hangsang” - J-Hope are some of my favorites from these three you havent reacted to yet🫶 “Louder than bombs” bringe tears to my eyes even after listing to it so many times🫰
the growth between mono and indigo makes me so proud of RM! my president is Kim Namjoon!
I second this!
yeeees!! this Thursday we can't wait!! but it's not his album, it's a pre-release track, his album drops on April 21st!!
RM has so much talent💜 Every song is a feast! Enjoyed the reaction
RM did an interview with Pharrell. It was such a great interview to watch.
i recommend you listen to "the last" by agust d. the lyrics are very deep and yoongi talks about his personal struggles both as a person and as an artist
RM is so good with play word. He's so poetic and intelligent lyricist!!
Can you react to B-side song, The Last by Agust D? There's no MV so you can use lyrics video!! Looking forward for it! Cause that rap is so painful.
REALLY????????????
when I saw your last reaction, I thought "I hope he watch do you" AND HERE WE ARE, this is so good, the next one has to be "change" by RM feat Wale, is my favorite song in the whole world and I'm sure the you'll like, I SWEAR TO GOD IS AMAZING.
anyways.. I love watch your reactions, thanks from brazil!!! 💖
Change is amazing and one of my faves too!
this...! this is my favorite RM song, top 1, helped me a lot fr... made me realize i didn't really like the "self" i was creating for other peoples' validation... RM be spitting gems indeed, real deep helpful gems..😊
My favourite reaction!! HERE , with you!! Can't wait for the Cyphers!! Much Love and God Bless! ( no emoji today :( I don't know why they don't work :( )
Shout out to Seattle ARMY! 💜💜💜
I second this! People is such a great song
Oh also, you've probably seen a lot of recommendations for the rapline's song Tear, it's a fan favorite. If you do react to it, you gotta react to a live performance imo. Their energy/stage presence is like nothing else.
Your passion shines through. For music and life. Thank you. I love your reactions. 😘💜🫰🏻
Las canciones de RM me animan, amo los mensajes que tiene en sus canciones.
If you want to hear RM's meaningful rap, I recommend "P.D.D.(Please Don't Die)" "Change." "Champion."
I love how the members are keeping us busy, and i‘m so excited for people pt.2, i love people so much 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
DO YOOOUUUUU AAAAAAAAA
I thought we would have do you on Spotify once RM launched Indigo, but we don’t :(
But damn I loveee this one 💜
I appreciate your reactions.💜
Agust D "People pt 2" MV is dropping midnight April 7th eastern, 9 p.m. April 6th Pacific time zone.
"People" (pt 1) is on his second mixtape D-2. There is no official MV for People; there are lyric videos.
The Bengali subs threw me offguard 😭
Thank you for this reaction. I hope you get to watch Namjoon and Pharrell interview 💜
the song that’s being released thursday is actually a part 2, a continuance of yoongi’s “people” from his mixtape d-2 and the singer he’s collaborating with is i.u. they’ve done a collab before, “eight”. i would definitely check out those two before the drop to get a feel of everything ^^
Do it for *YOU.*
Edit: someone else pointed out about RMs identity crisis but there is actually an interview that you can find clips of where an underground rapper (`who unsurprisingly went nowhere, thank you karma) told RM AND Suga that they are girls and aren't real men or real rappers because they wear skirts and makeup. It's super frustrating to watch and the boys handled themselves really well but you can tell they were FUMING. Rightly so. RM was hurt more I think and let Suga take over and finish the answer.
Love all your reactions! Yes, I agree that we should all take a listen to 'Do You' everyday to remind ourselves to live our authentic life and to let others do the same.💜
WHO'S EXCITED FOR AGUST D ALBUM AND AND TOUR???
