400 was just a psychological word play, and the incumbent government at a particular time did already have 400 mp’s supporting it. Moreover any party needs only 272 to form the majority government in Parliament. Also in the history of independent Indian no Leader I repeat no Leader has ever secured a third term with increased vote share each time.

But the shock is look how many parties came together , all to defeat one man "modi"✨✨✨✨✨✨.... he created a brand for himself and also made the country better compared to what previous Parties did to the country. SO this time modi will win no doubt about that but crossing 400 still doubt that sentence,but its not impossible.
