In 1978 a friend who had a real L78 Nova with an AT used to drive to the track and click off 13.38's through the mufflers with bald street tires. Now you are going in the 9's......UNREAL!!!! Whoever painted your 67 is a painter/body man!!!!

As cool as the Camaro was, this 67 Vette is sooo much cooler in every way. It's mind blowing to think it could dip into the 8s once you get everything dialed in. Those pesky 1/100th of a seconds, sometimes they'll ruin everything but don't worry, you'll get there. Fun stuff though! Thanks for sharing.
A friend of mine pulled the same battery charger trick as you and your dad, but with one of those huge booster chargers on wheels! He did more than put a polish on it though!🤣. I can't wait to see you make that record fall! AWESOME VIDEO. THANK YOU!

I made it out friday and met you and Donny. congrats on first time out with this car looking forward to watching it again! I will admit I prefer the fast event only though so i can watch these cars run over and over all day and see more of the group.
You'll get it man. That car fuckin' rocks. That's what I dig about the FAST Series, Stock/Super Stock etc. The restrictions make you use your brain & experience.

Thanks for the video yeah the battery charger thing could be worse I lost my battery on the track I ran it over and I had it they made me go clean up that mess back in the day had the battery mounted under the hood and I thought it was Secure but I guess I was wrong hey that stuff happens it's okay have a great day

That '67 is planted on the track. Doesn't seem to care what speed its at, it just stays put.
I think the Black 69 and the 67 L88 Are capable of high 8,s With all the bugs worked out under the right Conditions
