Hi Nick, not at this time. But you can use the MADI I/O on a Fireface UFX+ as a bridge to Dante. You would need an add-on MADI Dante format converter, such as the RME Digiface Dante (used in standalone mode) or the Ferrofish Verto MX.
@@JeffPetersenSynthax Bummer. I just bought the Ferrofish Pulse 16 MX-CV and was looking to buy a new interface that supported Dante to get all the ins/outs available on the network and have a decent amount of ins/outs on the interface. Buying both the Digiface Dante and the UFX+ would be quite expensive just to get Dante access. What would be more ideal is for RME to provide Dante connectivity directly on their interfaces. This would help for alot of us with smaller home studio setups.
@@JeffPetersenSynthax If I exchange my Pulse 16 MX-CV for the Pulse 16 DX-CV and buy the RME Fireface UFX+ would I be able to send all the ins/outs from both devices to a Dante network? If so, that's a cheaper way to future proof my studio and give more connectivity options (vs buying a Digiface Dante).
@@xamphoa Yes, that way you would connect UFX+ MADI output to the Pulse 16 DX MADI input, and inside the Pulse DX you can patch analog, ADAT and MADI input channels to Dante output, and vice versa.
Im glad that rme synthax banner is not covering up whole screen.
Derik, I woke up from a nap and you were on my computer! So glad to see you
