      im pretty sure it improves your shot power and it improves tendon stiffness which is a important part for running fast

      I did it for 3 days it did improve my pace by a lot but for shooting slightly better

      You can’t isolate your “fascia”. It’s wrapped around your muscles and whenever you contract your muscles, you train your fascia. Don’t fall for this bullshit. Training feet is very important, but you cannot isolate fascia in training.
