GlobetrekkerYYC Hahaha I saw that! Nice shot of downtown as well! When I flew out of Calgary this summer from the same runway also headed south I tried getting a good shot of downtown but the smog completely smothered the view :(
BananaT3arz Yeah it was a bit hazy in this one too. My best was that one coming from the South on the Narita flight. Crystal clear fall day. Haven't had one like that since :( Also, I find the new runway is less than ideal for good views on takeoff/approach.

I've landed on 17L a lot, but have never taken off it, nor have I landed or taken off on 35R. Great views of the airport and the city, very well done!
