I just got one in at my shop same exact issue, but they already replaced the injector harnesses. Still going to de-pin and check everything. Great video.

Got a similar problem with a 09 700 Ranger crew. It has been driving me crazy. Going to look into this. .Machine runs like a new machine till it warms up ,then coughs & barks at low rpms , not bad at 1/4 throttle +

Sure enough, that was the problem.
When I got the yellow weather plug loose, the connector came loose with about an 1/8 in of wire attached to it.
Got all wires trimmed and soldered to the connectors and it is running fine.

Because I know the work will be performed in a professional and timely manner. Also, service work prices are always more than fair! I highly recommend D-Rays Shop for any of your Motorsports needs!!!!

Well nice to see ya back making videos. you guys must be buys boys, but hey the price of popularity and good workmanship! Interesting howa slight design flaw can cause an issue over time, I mean the holder is a good idea, but having it have the ability to wiggle around like that is obviously trouble down the road, now imagine if they usd a few zip ties to secure it from the factory , they no issues. Nice work on removing it from the connector and re soldering...like that you guys showed how to get it out cleanly and easily, you wouldn't believe how many people take a big old screw driver in their and dig them out and damage the connector and then ry and cblle them together and then wonder why their connection has fitment issues
Most people though if they looked under the seat they wouldn't see the issue because it's hidden in the insulation even if they looked at the injector wiring they would probably look at it and think, looks okay and think the injector itself just shit the bed so to speak and think it needs o be replaced or that they have a cylinder issue or something else going on.
Some good tips their on using the OD to look up the codes as many dont realize you can do that and at least get an idea of what direction to head, rather than chucking parts and still not finding out what's wrong or worse ripping half the machine apart only to find out you didn it and then put all theses parts in and still have a problem....Yikes!.
Good to see thing are going well at the shop fellas and hope to see more videos coming when times allows. Cheers guys

Have y’all had any problems with the crank position sensor wires at the plug about 3” after they come out of engine case ? I’m suspicious of that plug having the same broken wire problem but didn’t want to tear into it yet. Thanks Again.

Great repair! D Ray I have a question is it difficult to re shim a final drive on a 05 grizzly 660 after changing all the bearings and a new ring and pinion used all oem parts but I’ve heard u need to re shim I was hoping to get away with just putting the shims back where they was but didn’t realize the damage to the ring gear and pinion so had to replace :( didn’t dare to go aftermarket on the ring or pinion
