If someone wanted the end part that’s black where ink comes out same color as pen (like orange glitter orange end) could you maybe sand that piece down spray paint, mod podge then glitter that also just like pen
Thank you!! If I remember, the cheetah spots I cut out with a cricut explore air 2. But if I were to print them as a water slide I use a SUPER old printer lol. It’s an Epson expression home 330
i have a question about peekaboo tumblers. what kind of vinyl do you use once you lay it down and then have to pull it up once you spray bc i am using permanent vinyl and it really wants to stick urgh pls help
Thank you! And I'm so sorry, for some reason my entire description box got deleted and I had links for everything there. I redid it all so there's links there now !!🙂
I’m new to this, but what does spinning the pens on a spinner help with? Could I just leave them to dry standing up with that card board method that you showed in the beginning and still get the same results?
The spinning helps the epoxy glide evenly around the pens until it’s hardened. Just like a tumbler. So if you were to put epoxy on these and just stand them straight up, the epoxy will slowly run down until it hardens in the position it’s left in.
Omg I haven't even finished watching but the boisenberry color. OMG Georgous. I just got my first glitter grind order today in the mail. Wish I had ordered boisenberry.
@@CourtneysCustoms okay, i really like those sticks you used. I now have seen videos that they put vaseline but i wasnt sure if with these sticks you used it made it easier. Thank you for reply and sharing your knowledge .
These have a little bit of a grip on them but not as much as other pens that’s why I think these are used the most. That and the fact that they can be taken apart easily. Just make sure whatever pen you use can be taken apart and doesn’t have much of a grip
You can use all different kinds of pens. I have tons and ton of promo pens around my house. I’ve found one kind of pen that is my favorite because you can keep the clip on it.
So stinking cute. These are my favorite pens and have been wanting to do them, just haven't got a pack yet lol, but will real soon. Great job on them!!!!! Congrats on your progression with your channel. 👏👏👏👏
Dont know if anyone gives a damn but if you are stoned like me atm you can watch all of the latest series on InstaFlixxer. I've been binge watching with my gf for the last few weeks =)
LOVE them!!! They turned out great, and those new colors are GORGEOUS!!! I started buying my glitter from the Glitter Grind, thanks to you, and am so impressed. I live in Canada, and even with the conversion and shipping it's still better than buying here. The customer service is amazing, shipping is quick and the colors--well you know :)
WOW! I have some leopard print pin pens! Now I know how they were made!
THANK YOU FOR SHARING THIS AMAZING TECHNIQUE!!!
You are so welcome!
Thank you, Courtney! 🎉

It’s worth a shot!
Did you put more than 1 coat of epoxy before your decal? Looked like a very thin coat you put on. They are beautiful.
If I can remember, I think I put 2 before the decal. Thank you!
These are beautiful, what type of printer do you have to print your cheetah spots?
Thank you!! If I remember, the cheetah spots I cut out with a cricut explore air 2. But if I were to print them as a water slide I use a SUPER old printer lol. It’s an Epson expression home 330
How many coats of epoxy did you use?
2-3
I’m curious if you had any issues with the glitter coverage where the little tiny holes are in your pens? Mine seem to dip there.
No I haven’t had any issues
i have a question about peekaboo tumblers. what kind of vinyl do you use once you lay it down and then have to pull it up once you spray bc i am using permanent vinyl and it really wants to stick urgh pls help
I use permanent vinyl too. You can use non permanent vinyl it’ll be way less sticky
I love your quote.
Thank you💜
What type of Modge Podge are you using?
Matte
How long did you let dry before 2nd coat of epoxy?
24 hours
What size straws do you use??
They’re in my description. I think they’re 10 inches
@@CourtneysCustoms thank you.
Fun!!💜
I loved making these🥰
@@CourtneysCustoms well, now I'm gonna hafta try making some! Lol!
@@artisticintentions7890 get ready to be addicted lol
Very pretty! I gotta try that.
Thank you!!
Love it!! Just bought some pens last weekend! Time to start! ... what would you suggest to do for non glitter pens.. for men..??
I know you're not asking me, but wood grain! 😍
@@karissakoger1404 great idea!! Thanks!!
I agree, wood grain !!
get a pack of 3 at DG or Walmart
Great job
Thanks !!
What epoxy do you use?
Ks Resin Liquid Art
They are gorgeous 😍! Great job. Do you have a link for the straws by chance?

Thank you so much! That makes sense now.
Love your video’s! Did you have to sand before you added the decals? I’m new and trying to learn! Lol thanks!!
Thank you!! Yeah I treat these just like I do my tumblers. So I’ll sand before decals😊
I love Jessica Flynn! And that beach one is perfect. I love it!
Thank u !!

Ahh better place another order lol!!
I made the same box too😂😂
whatever works right lol
Watts the name of the blue glitter blue something
Blue lagoon
Thank you!!!!
Did you do another coat of epoxy over the vinyl?
Yes I did
After you apply the decal, does it need to be sealed? Could I apply another coat of epoxy or is it not necessary?
Since it’s a pen and won’t be washed like a tumbler, I think you could get away with adding a decal and no epoxy
Great job! I also love a Jessica Flynn. So many talented makers. I love your videos because you are so natural.
Thank you so much💜
What size pen holder did you get?
I got the 3/4
Thank you
Those are so pretty. I'm gonna try some I think lol
Thank you !! It’s so fun lol
Super super cute. Another thing to add to my list to try
Go for it!
How long did you turn them for before applying first coat of epoxy?
I wait overnight between layers
Did you have a hard time removing the pen from the stick after the epoxy dried?
On some of them yes, I put too much epoxy and it made them stick. But I just wiggled them out and used an exacto knife to clean it up
@@CourtneysCustoms okay, i really like those sticks you used. I now have seen videos that they put vaseline but i wasnt sure if with these sticks you used it made it easier. Thank you for reply and sharing your knowledge .
What size "chuck" did you use for the penpal? I went on that etsy link & it asked for the size...
I got 3/4. Just measure the width of your turner arm
Where did you get your tumbler spinner?
I have no idea it was a gift
Not sure what size 3D reel to order
It depends on the size of your turner arm. Just measure the width😊
What about the rubber grips that are on most of the pens do you just sand over them?
These have a little bit of a grip on them but not as much as other pens that’s why I think these are used the most. That and the fact that they can be taken apart easily. Just make sure whatever pen you use can be taken apart and doesn’t have much of a grip
Well I guess I’m gonna jump on the bandwagon too dang it!!! I’m ordering some pens!!!
woo hoo!
I bought some of the same pens like a week ago but in blue ink, 12 pk for $14.79. Even if I didn't like making the pens I can still use them for work.
You can also go to dollar tree and they have the packs of valentine pencils that are smooth round (no flat sides) that fit perfect in the pens.
