As a handicapped person that is one of the things that bothers me to no end the lighthearted, casual and inconsiderate way in which some of the general public impede on the basic rights and accommodations of people with disabilities. I enjoy your vlogs and the way you are as transparent and honest as possible with us , and hope you value our honesty as well, as there are loads of things we trip up on as well and don't realize how it affects others. Just something to consider if it comes up again.

An able bodied person parking in a handicap spot is serious. For some people, it’s hard to understand just how serious until you or a loved one experience limited mobility due to illness or injury but still have to do life (errands, work, shop, etc). This is especially true when the person doesn’t have help from another person to get around or get things done.

walmart doesn’t play when it comes to recording in their stores. mainly bc of predators. just bc you don’t understand the reason why the employees are enforcing their store rules, doesn’t mean it doesn’t make sense. and the handicapped parking was just wrong. someone probably tried to park there that was actually handicapped. they could’ve had a wheelchair or a special needs child. you never know & that’s not for us to judge.

I can definitely relate on being a somewhat "social introvert" ... I have no issue whatsoever being out & about but it is not just to be chatting willy nilly so there isn't silence.
I, too, can get on a run and eat the same meal for days at a time. While I like the taste of it, I do think at times it is giving my body what it needs [ie. the nutrients I may have been skimping on]
I'm 99% whole food plant-based but leave 1% margin of error for whatever... personal choice, eating out and not knowing the ingredient, reading a label/menu after something tasted off, willful ignorance/being human.
I realized I can and do eat raw from time-to-time but when I do a challenge I struggle some. So I decided I am going all in for 30 days raw for April... and I plan to actually prepare the food.
Believe when I tell you most of my raw challenges to date consist of prolonged water-fast [3-10 days] or juicing with some fruits or vegetables here & there.

On the apartment tip, have you thought about a short-term lease (6 months max) that is furnished? Yes, it may be more initially but it allows you flexibility and an opportunity to check out a neighborhood or city more before really committing.

Brooo try this bowl...dandelion, arugula, cilantro,romaine greens, pears adds a bit of satisfying sweetness, 2 avocado, cucumber, bell peppers, onions, quinoa, chickpeas, I squeeze half a lemon in there.. Chili powder, Himalayan salt, ohhh and I been adding a bit of butternut squash lately to..also pumpkin seeds and unsweetened organic bannana chips..i get mines from natural grocers..but Damm bro that bowl seems 🔥

Dam im going through the same exact thing. My aunt has stage 4 cancer doctor gave her wrong medicine and it messed her up bad and now she's on hospice care and doctors said they giving her 2 weeks to live smh
