    • @sambo416
      @sambo416 5 лет назад

      hey no need for name calling, calling mans stupid for having a different perspective. That makes you stupid for not having an open mind. perhaps by lowering the amount of teams, you lower the quantity of teams but increase the quality you can still remain with the same profits. plus now there is less players to pay so more money to go around.
      idgaf about the finance of the nba...its all about money i know. But in terms of fun and competition i thiink this would be more competitive.
      Some of these trash players dont desereve to be in the same league and dont deserve these million dollar contracts. like chanler parsons has like an 80 million dollar contract...and was making more than steph curry and draymond...wtf.
      bro nobody watches brooklyn nets or orlando or the clippers. Sometimes you can have addition by subtraction, the nba would be better off if every team was super elite and they eliminated the trash teams, right now the nba is diluted....they had 82 games back in the 60s when there was only 8 teams, so the season would still be the same length. We would just get wayy more matchups between golden state ,lakers,okc,boston,spurs etc...instead of only 2 -4 matchups.
      perhaps they can charge more for games and seats if every team was elite. its all about how your market it.
      the only real problem is cities wouldnt want to lose their home teams that is devastating, but in terms of competition the league would be more competitive. PLayers today are just gonna create super teams anyways, so the nba has to find a way to make it balanced.
      maybe they can have a B league so cities wouldnt have to lose their franchises...like soccer, where the champion of the B league makes it into the NBA,,and the last place team gets kicked out of the NBA. That way teams cant tank or they risk losing everything.
      the number 1 problem with the nba is 1 super teams, 2 tanking.....this format has the potential to save the nba in the long run IMO.
      leagues that dont change and become regressive and lose dominance in the market like the mlb or nfl. MLB and nfl used to be the most popular american sports until NBA beat them globally. Why because the NBA is progressive and makes adjustments every year to keep up with the times.

    I remember watching this game as a lakers fan back in 2010 live. I was scared shitless thinking OKC would knock us out of the playoffs this year after this game. They no longer seemed like just a team for the future, they were a team for the NOW. Will always be one of the league's greatest "what if" stories for if this team stayed together. There's the obvious big 3 of KD, russ, and harden, but ibaka, jeff green, sefolosha, etc who were really good in their roles. Ppl forget Jeff Green was the Celtics number one option after their big 3 left. Wow the nostalgia is huge on the video

Harden and Russ were just so hungry and aggressive as young bucks in the league. Seeing Russ pass up an open 3 to get a midrange and harden ripping the ball like a DPOY, I mean the 3 of them were just made for one another. If the Beard was unleashed just a year or 2 earlier I don't think any defense could've stopped them at that time

    KD drafted second overall, Harden drafted third overall and Russ drafted fourth overall. All got featured in an NBA licensed video game. All three start their careers with the same team and made the finals as a team. Harden left for his own team in Houston leaving KD and Russ behind in OKC. KD leaves to Golden State leaving Russ behind in OKC and all three men were apart. Russ teams with Harden in Houston while KD stays in Golden State. Russ goes to Washington, Harden stays in Houston and KD heads to Brooklyn. Soon after, Harden teams up with KD in Brooklyn and Russ remains in Washington. They were all together at one point, apart at one point and two of them were together at one point.
