Iverson played every game like he was willing to die on the floor and didn’t care if he died anyway. He never believed in practices, his shot selections were horrible, he never took care of his body and he partied every nights until the morning sun…probably the reason why 76ers traded him as soon as his athleticism started to slip as his body couldn’t take the abuse after a decade - but that man played hard. Iverson drove to the basket like he didn’t care if the other team killed him. He attacked, attacked and kept on attacking until the other side simply gave up. One thing you can be sure about Iverson was that he gave it all. That man had a heart.
Same here😁 It was David vs. Goliath: Iverson was the smallest player of the elite, but outscored the big guys time and time again😁 It takes much more talent to make it as a small guy in the NBA, and he was spectacular to say the least🤘
This man was my GOAT growing up. If only he could have had an Embiid or even Maxey with him back then. Dude had no help and still got these squads to the playoffs.
Those VA guy's was getting in back in the day , I seen him play on a court called Aberdeen back in the day in Hampton Virginia , and man that's when I knew this guy was going to be nice .
As you watch the video when he get to the later years 2004-2005 he had C Webb and Iguadola u see his efficiency & trust for his teammates go up all he needed his early years
From 97 to 03 Larry brown hurt his Efficiency by having him put up 30 shots a night cause when it comes to offensive scheming he’s clueless. No real system but to play hard defense and crash boards. AI was more efficient his rookie season than when he played with Brown, that should tell you something
23:53 I AINT GON LIE, I HVTED ERIC SNOW. I KINDA LOOKED AT HIM AS D€AD WEIGHT TO THE SIXERS, HOLDING US BAC FROM GETTING THAT RING🤷🏾♂️. AFTER THIS SHOT, I STARTED FVCKIN WIT HIM.
The talent of this guy was something else.
One of the best players in the history of NBA without a ring. The Answer
Nah with or without no one can compare
Fearless.

AI will forever be my favorite player. Everyone likes Jordan, Lebron and Kobe. But Iverson is #1 favorite player
It's MJ, AI and Shaq for me

"We were all fortunate that Iverson wasn't 6'6."

Yup
The greatest of all time. I can’t wait for the day the nba remasters all his footage.
We talking about practice? Not the game? Practice? What we talking about here, practice?😂 Iverson is that dude!!
Legendary AI, Pound for Pound Nobody Does it Better ❤️👑🏆🏀🙌🏾
What a player, A.I. be breaking ankles with his stepping.👍🙏
His swag is unmatched

I watched most of this during my childhood but to see it again later in life made me respect his game waaayyy more than I did!🔥
Same here. I discounted him for not having any championships - I was young and foolish haha.
@@Feuerbasis I love that! Lol this was legendary bro! Definitely a site to see

AI was the answer and a problem... GOAT Status!
Bro how tf is somebody this elite who’s undersized and doesn’t take practice seriously? What planet did he come from

THE ANSWER 🔥
3:50 The announcer (Vern Lundquist I think) was like "Iverson's mother is wiggling and giggling and waggling" im like "come on bruh" hahahahaha
Reading these comments makes me feel hopeful for the future. God bless!
Great era of basketball
Lets GO
AI lead the league in steals multiple years but was never on the all defensive team. That's crazy.
Iverson really carried a team full of scrubs 💯🤦🏾♂️
That old Philly court is so nice
GOAT
1:30:55-1:30:59 😂😂😂
9:04 umolested??
I think even he knew he messed up, he meant to say uncontested😂😂
Driving in un-whattttt? That’s flagrant
LOLL
0:20 PENNY THOUGHT HE HAD 1 UP ON AI🙅🏾♂️
I’m moving Shaq & Kobe’s dunk way up, & I gotta move that 1st Blake dunk down. He threw the ball in vs. an actual dunk. Great list, though
good match
I watch these clips and mimic them against all my freinds that play basketball 🤣
Kyrie Irving's the closest to Allen Iverson tbh.
Nahhh, I think it’s ja morant. Kyrie isn’t as fast or athletic. But he’s more skilled. Ja is a taller and more athletic version of Iverson.
@@bryancastro2549 how do you feel about Isaiah Thomas
Naw Kyrie do way too much dribbling and not as fast. AI gets to his spots or attacks and not playing around with the ball like Kyrie does
Fugg yall with these comparisons hahaha
do a Russell Westbrook 2021-2022 Highlights
Saying "Iverson! Driving in unmolested" on national TV is wild
D rose please 🙏🏻 🌹
Derrick Rose highlights 2010-11 please 🙏
Announcing, crowd noise…those were great times for basketball
A.I. the Dream team miss you on 2024 😢😢
11:28 MATT GIEGER PUSHED HIS TEAMMATE OUTTA THE WAY AND STOLE HIS CELEBRATION 👀😮😩
A I 3⭐🏅🏅🔥🔥🔥🔥

Going for rebounds, getting steals
All those that emulate the goat are great
Funny how that works
thats crazy I what are the odds a whole team everybody named Iverson
2:26:16 whoa easy mike breen
Yall see how the star pg guard the star pg not try to get a switch or pick roll just guard up
Ai from 1999-2002 easily was a 97/98 overall irl
ufffffffffffff
23:53 I AINT GON LIE, I HVTED ERIC SNOW. I KINDA LOOKED AT HIM AS D€AD WEIGHT TO THE SIXERS, HOLDING US BAC FROM GETTING THAT RING🤷🏾♂️. AFTER THIS SHOT, I STARTED FVCKIN WIT HIM.
Ai the 2001 mvp never a champion but he should be
Shoulda kept Hughes smh
How tf was Eric Snow in the league. This man was ASS!!!!!!
Most all his shots where swish
He's too short to be good(says modern NBA)
Overrated
This was an Iverson video, but you kept Mihm's injury? Clown.
