That little trim router working overtime on these mallets! I used the makita trim router for several years until I started doing work in the shop and upgraded to a full size Bosch and mounted it in a table. World of difference between the two
One of my most valued display items is the mallet that Matt sent me. (His reference early in this video of giving one as a gift). Honored that he shared his craftsmanship and enjoy sharing the story of how we came to know each other as brothers in arms and Brothers in Christ. The 2019 coin also bears the name of my Brother: Maine State Police Detective Benjamin Campbell. End of Watch April 3, 2019. May he Rest In Peace.
Thank you to you brother and all those that put their life and limbs on the line for us, may God rest the fallen ones souls in peace... Pray with me... Dear Father, please protect all those worldwide serving to protect and save lives no matter which profession with the best armour which is the armour-of-God to keep then and all around them safe and free from harm and that they no-longer need to pull the trigger to save lives... Thank you Lord Amen
I’m new to woodworking and was looking to build a wood mallet and found your video. I’m a Christian, a former Marine and a retired police officer. I love how you spread the gospel in your video and showed support for law enforcement. God bless you, and thank you for what you do. I am going to attempt to make a mallet and put in a challenge coin!
Hello from Canada Matt. I really enjoyed your video. I have been a professional cabinet maker and finish carpenter for 32 years. I've always enjoyed watching other woodworkers enjoy their craft and inspiring others. Keep up the good work. People need positive videos like yours in these times because there is far to much negativity and division in the world today. I'm making a mallet in my shop as I watch your video. Thank you.
41:00 this is my favorite part of the whole thing. For fellow believers, we've had these types of things happen to us which are outside the realm of "it's just a coincidence". I honestly got choked up just now. I'm a soldier in NC, only man working today where I'm at. A few minutes ago I heard the door open up, which confused the heck outta me since nobody should be coming in. It was a coworker of mine and his boy who had decided to leave their family gathering with four plates of Thanksgiving dinner wrapped up to bring in to whoever was working. Celebrated Thanksgiving in Iraq once in '09. Anyways, before I get to rambling, just wanted to say it means more than I can explain in words when people do genuine acts of kindness and generosity for me just because I serve. Happy you shared this, and to anybody reading this, don't ever let anyone discourage you from sharing those acts with others on social media. People see it, they get inspired, they see that there's good Americans out there. That's all I want to say. Happy Thanksgiving, y'all 🇺🇲
Matt, I am a newbie woodworker and brother of a police officer (who has been in command and lost officers under his watch). I am also an ER nurse who has seen first hand officers injured in the line of duty. I truly appreciate your channel/videos and enjoy learning about the various ways you are honoring these officers. I also grew up in a small southern town with a very close knit church family, so your willingness to profess your faith publicly means a ton to me as well. Continue posting videos. You are doing good work, my brother.
Thanks. I just started making mallets, 2 so far. Watched 1/2 your video then went out and cut enough for 2 more. Thought I was cutting oak for outside layers. Got pieces over by light and discovered that they were cherry. On my 1st 2 , I cut thr shoulders on the handles, glued them and pinned center with 3/8 oak dowels. Look ok for an old geezer on his first try. Making more for gifts. I'll be using the contrasting wedge too. Love your videos and t-shirts. God is good. Bless you.
Very impressed with these mallets. As a retired LEO from a Sheriff's Office in Florida, like yourself, have seen the heroics of many of our counterparts over the years. Thanks for your service and may God comfort and hold dear the families of those fallen this year.
I know this is an old video so I doubt you’ll see this but honestly thank you for your videos and the kind heart you seem to have. Also thank you for being very fourth front with your relationship with God it’s very encouraging.
Saw your Instagram so looked up your RUclips and man I feel obligated to say the mallet with the Fallen On it is amazing and you did them a great service and honor by recognizing them. As a Marine and Firefighter I just wanted to say Thank you. Much respect!! God Bless those who made the ultimate sacrifice.
Hey Matt, i realy hope you get this. My name is Riaan, and i am from South Africa. Thanks for this great channel. I am a newby woodworker, and strugeling to get the right tools for the job, and was about to give up on it. But watching this video of yours making the Mallets, learned me much much more than just building a wooden hammer. Realising the Higher Power, and to rather be greatfull for what you do have, than moping around about what you dont have. Thanks Matt, i think i am ready to make the best with what i do have. God Bless!!!! Riaan
I have watched way to many hours of all kinds of wood working videos. I really like the epoxy river projects. Wanting to start my own RUclips channel as well. Your is most like me. No fancy tools, on a budget and more importantly your a brother in Christ and are not afraid. I build small planks with embedded coins for our men ministry. Now the mallet is way cool. I’m gonna switch over. Thank y’all for what you do. From Wichita Ks. Shalom!
God Bless you brother...Thank you for honoring all those who have served, your heart was truly on display in this video and God is definitely at work through your work!
All the mallet looked great. I think I can speak for most police officer either currently working or retired. We can not thank you enough for your support for our fallen Brothers and Sisters. Your support is what makes it easier to face many hard days we all have. All I can see is keep up the great videos and excellent projects, I just hope my skills in woodworking get as good as yours have become.
So cool when God works like that! That story brought tears to my eyes. I hope and pray my woodworking can be a blessing to others as well. This channel encourages me on so many levels! I praise God for your testimony, encouraging and teaching spirit, as pray He continues to bless you so His light can continue to shine through you!
I want to THANK YOU for your video. Using it, I made these three. I am a retired Deputy here in California. One of the Purple Heart mallets I made, I am going to inlay two of our Department challenge coins, for our Officer memorial, in it. I love the idea. Again thank you.
Great video. I truly appreciate the story behind the Honor The Fallen mallet. A beautiful testimony to the providence of God. Thanks for sharing it with us.
God bless your work. God bless your heart, brother. The mallets look great, especially the "fallen" mallet. Great story of how God works in our lives. Keep up the wonderful work and the messages of faith. We need more of those these days.
Fellow woodworker happen to be from McHenry County and making a mallet . I've done inlays with challenge coins as well. Really dig it brother. God 🙌 Bless
I wish there was a man like you locally I could partner with/learn from. Something like an apprenticeship but much more like a mentor. I love that you openly, as we are called to, display your faith. Great style and designs as well. Keep up the great content. Im gonna find a way (time) to make a challenge coin mallet!!
I started watching your videos a year ago, you have grown so much. Your earlier videos you didn't talk much and you seemed shy. But now you talk and teach your great I love watching you and listening to you explain!!
Hey Matt, those bb’s also help t alleviate rebound as the mallet strikes; just need to leave a small amount of air space in the cavity, i.e. don’t fill the hole all the way up with bb’s. You can actually buy a mallet with lose weights in it called a DEAD-BLOW hammer. A lot of farmers and truckers use them to beat on hopper bottom trailers to dislodge grain.
I have recently discovered your channel as I continue to explore my newly found hobby of woodworking. As a woodworker and law enforcement officer in Northwest Arkansas, I want you to know how much I, as well as my fellow brothers and sisters in law enforcement, appreciate your public support of our profession - our mission to gently nudge the world in a more positive direction each day we serve. Thank you so very much for what you do. If you ever find yourself in this part of the state, you will always find an open door and a shared meal.
I know this is one of your older videos, so you’ve probably heard this tip by now, but I thought the space where the handle goes would be the perfect place to use this tip for removing squeeze out. James King uses a plastic straw to remove squeeze out in corners like that, and it works beautifully!!! Love your videos!
I'm glad you kept the mistakes in the video. It's a good reminder to always run a scrap piece of wood through before using the high dollar exotics. Measure twice, cut once. It's a lesson we all need to remember right after always remembering safety.
"One of a kind glue spreader. You probably have one too." I did a quick tool inventory and found that I actually have a few very similar to yours. I love all of these mallets, especially the one with the challenge coin. God certainly has his hand on you. BTW: I also love the mallet that you gave me. Thanks for sharing this experience with us.
I like what you are doing. I'm wanting a mallet to use around the shop. I live in Texas and will use some of our native wood thanks for the instructions and the inspiration. I'm a disabled veteran and I think what you have done with the coins are great. Brother you have touched my heart. And even as I'm sending this message to you I have tears In my eyes. God hase sent your video to me and I needed that. There are times that my disability and my ptsd get the best of me and I find woodworking to be a comfortable escape. Thank you brother.
Great instructions on the mallets, Thank you. I love the coin insets. I have a number of my state's Peace Officer Memorial coins I purchased each year at our annual conferences. That one hit home.
Hey Matt, I'm a 22-year-old new to woodworking and I've been watching you for a while now and I just wanted to let you know that you have taught me so many tips and tricks on woodworking and it makes me happy that you emphasize that we are not perfect and we all make mistakes. sending you a virtual fist bump all the way from McAllen TX! Also, am I the only one that saw that spider on the table?? hahaha
Beautiful mallets!! Infinity tools has a fantastic chamfer bit with a brass guide bushing instead of a bearing. Can get into tighter corners if the need ever arises.
I have been watching so many different channels on here and I tend to lean back on urs for detailed info. Thanks for all you do and that coin hammer is amazing!
I sure wish I had time to build these!!!! I'm so busy working two jobs I NEVER get time to play in my shop anymore! I just get to watch the videos in between going to the jobs. I just wanted to say I love the channel and thanks for all you put into it. When I do get time I have all your videos saved in its own category so I can just get right to building haha.. I'm gonna make the wife one of those arrow tables first thing. You ALWAYS get the thumbs up from me, Thanks again friend.
All those mallets I would be proud to own. They are awesome. I love the Ambrosia Maple, Purple Heart and the Walnut. Ok all the woods you picked. Thank you for this video.
@@731Woodworks Quick question...what is your final assessment on the Odie's Oil? I am planning on making these exact mallets and would like to know your pros and any cons. Beautiful Work!
These turned out beautiful. I love the challenge coin one the best. It’s nice to see LE support in today’s world. I’m a LEO wife and appreciate all the men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for their community. God Bless the Blue! 🖤💙🖤
With the BBs, make the hole a little larger (a third hole in the center would be good) then fill about 80% with the BBs or lead shot (better). Don’t glue it and let the shot slide around and it becomes a dead blow mallet. The combination of maple and Purple Heart is very pretty. Whoever gets one of these will be very happy with it! I made one like this a few years ago (Inspired by Steve Ramsey at WWMM). I used maple and mahogany. I weighted it with lead solder (instead of BBs). I use it for beating on everything. It is not as pretty now, but it is useful.
Hey boss, I noticed you mentioned not going all the way down to the shoulder with the wedge slot. There IS a right answer and you got it! Going all the way down to the shoulder weakens the structural integrity of the wood at that point. I’ve seen it break out axes I’ve rehandled when I started doing that, and I’ve since learned.
Great job as always! Love the mallets! Can’t wait to finish some mil training and get back to the shop! The Ten Commandments mallet is good, love the fact that it has imperfections and you have the Ten Commandments in it as well as John 3:16. Just a reminder that we are all imperfect and need his guiding light everyday! Keep doing great things! 🤜🏻
Thank you Matt. Just watch your video on making the mallets. Great job and really like what you did with the challenge coin mallet. I watch you videos all the time and find them to be entertaining and informative. I am also a weekend warrior in the woodshop. I am not a religious man , however I do talk to God in my own way. I do like the way you present you message of peace and love. Thank you again for you time in making these videos and best wishes to you and your family. Kirby Freeman P.S. I also live in Mchenry county Illinois.
LOVE this video. I have probably watched it or parts of it over a half a dozen times this past week while making my first set of mallets. I layered my BB’s with glue. Like 3-4 layers of BB’s and glue. I still ended up hearing one or two roll around. I will try starting with a layer of glue first next time.
Great mallets and well explained. Concerning the Ambrosia Maple, I’ve been told that it is maple that has been attacked by the Ambrosia Beetle and the fungus that it brings with it causes the color change. The holes are from those beetles. I agree with your 3 degree face angle. Another fine video!
Love the mallets!! Great stuff as usual. A couple tips that I have seen. I've done one but the other I have seen done. The first is to use a damp rag and an iron to get out the dents in the wood. The steam loosens the fibers and the dent will disappear. The second is to drill a hole at the end of your cut that your wedge will go into. That will keep the wood from splitting in the future.
Fantastic! I just have some walnut and maple out in the shop. I'm headed out there as soon as this video ends. Thanks for the inspiration, and moreover, thanks for all who serve and protect. GOD bless!
2 things 1st: you can use table salt(just a pinch) to hold things still while you clamp up your projects if you want to avoid using metal fasteners. 2nd: I found your page on a whim. I was looking info on how to market my woodwork, up pops this bald guy with a shirt that said "IRON" across the top with a couple of numbers below it (27:17). I was lost for a very long time and recently returned home. So in the course of my life I learned to pay attention to the road signs, because when I don't, God seems to make sure they course correct me when I run into them and knock the hair off my head as mild reminder. I guess what I am trying to say is Thank you
I really love watching your videos, it's helped me to realize what I want to do with my life. Which is to build like you. The fact that you shamelessly keep God involved in every aspect of it also inspiring. At the moment I only work leather, but once I can get settled somewhere and at the point financially, I intend to take up woodworking with the hopes of combining leather, wood and metalworking into a business similar to what you do. Thank you.
I really appreciate your love for ambrosia maple. I worked at a custom cabinets shop for a few years in my early twenties. We only used ambrosia maple as paint-grade stock. It was the ugly duckling of the shop, valued only for the straightness and density of it's grain, but I have always loved it's unique look. There is beauty in it's imperfections. Also, it has a very distinct smell when you cut it, kinda sweet and floral.
The mallets look amazing! Phenomenal job sir. On a side note. I’m a Police Officer in St. Louis Missouri. The mallet with a challenge coin is hands down amazing. I love watching your channel and seeing this video only re-affirmed that. Thank you!
The mallets are beautiful. I have worked with Purpleheart a lot. Love that and Tigerwood look great together. I have made a mallet out of mulberry. Very tough mallet. I have broken a 2x4 with it and left no marks on the mallet.
Thank you for honoring my brothers who have fallen in the line of duty. It is awesome the mallet found the home it was meant to be at. Love the 10 Commandments mallet. Great gift idea for my fellow Christian woodworking friends.
I am a police officer in a town in Kane County Illinois with is the county south of Mchenry. This made my day. Thank you for honoring our fallen. I was a carpenter before a police officer, so I am still a woodworker on my free time
From one brother in blue to another - thank you for honoring our fallen but never forgotten. Also, a tip for the clamping dents- get an old clothes iron, put a small drop of water on the dent then cover with a damp towel. hit the clothe with hot iron....the steam will lift the fibers and the dent will vanish!
🤣 🤣 I'm still watching this episode and it is brilliant! I've not looked forward to seeing RUclips videos from somone since I discovered Alec Steele or Todd from Project Farm a couple of years ago. I'll be following your chunky table instruction video next week and building one, I've got some exotic hardwoods including purple heart so I'll give these mallets a go too! 😊👍
Fine work neighbor! (I live in Hot Springs, Arkansas!) I come from a family tradition of Craftsmen. Blacksmith, stonemason, Coopers, Cabinet makers. Many of whom were masters of their trade. I was too young to know them well and work beside them, so I'm trying to learn all I can and at least not embarrass the family!😊
Amazing work. As a police officer, I truly appreciate your craftsmanship and support for law enforcement. Keep those awesome videos coming!! Sincerely, Mike in Vermont
I'm enjoying your videos as a new woodworker more and more, and as a twenty-year Cop and (not quite that long) believer in Christ, I truly appreciate what you did hear and what you shared. I love the Christian t-shirts you wear in most of your videos, I know you referenced Relentless Defender in this video, but I saw very few Christian shirts on their site, so where are yours coming from. Oh and I love the simplicity of your plans and have already bought several. Please do a video on your organization covering the black metal "pegboard" type system that is in many of your vids. Thanks and keep the faith brother.
Thanks for the video, your honesty and realism give me the inspiration to attempt new projects. As a beginner woodworker, it's extremely difficult to not get frustrated when mistakes are made. I spent two hours in my shop last week messing with my extremely dated Craftsman Miter saw only to find out it will not cut square. It was extremely frustrating because I kept making adjustments and no matter what I did, it wasn't making square cuts. Thankfully, my Father told me he has been using his Radial Arm saw and hasn't been using his miter saw. So I was fortunate enough to have a giving Father. Keep up the videos and I think I will be trying to make some of my own mallets at some point because of this video!
Matt, as a Police Officer in Washington State, approaching the end of his career and looking for something to do in retirement, I have to say that your channel has more than piqued my interest. Your videos are entertaining and informative, but more importantly, to me at least, is your willingness to express and show your support for Law Enforcement. The men and women that I work with are some of the best people I have every had the privilege of knowing, and they inspire me on a daily basis to be the best person that I can be. Your approach to woodworking shows that even someone like me might be able to keep themselves busy making something that just might put a smile on someone's face. Thank you very much for your channel, and much respect from me to you.
Thats a cool story and nice way to honor his brother/other brave officers sacrifices. The coin mallet came out real nice! As did all of them. Great job!
I wanted to let you know I love doing some wood working but I don’t get much time to do it. My wife is running meetings and has become a president of an organization to do with her work and I wanted to make her a gift to commemorate her achievement and a mallet was a great idea. Thank you brother Matt I am in the end stages now
Great video! I’ve made a few and I’m getting ready to make a batch of 50 for wrestling tournament trophies. They will be engraved with the logo and the finishers place. Thanks for the tips!
I stayed to the end because your video was so interesting to watch. Love the work even with what you call the "imperfections". Thank you for honouring the fallen. This video made me smile and shed a tear at the same time. God bless friend.
Please put the measurements in the description. I had to watch the video a few times to make sure that I got all of the measurements. Awesome job by the way. I love the looks of the mallets!!
Great work brother, loved the story you shared about the family member of the fallen police officer. As a fellow woodworker you have inspired me. I appreciate you sharing your talent.
I love that you spread your gospel in your videos and that you are a great woodworker. I am not christian, but I am polytheistic and recognize your god and his grace. You represent your religion beautifully, and i commend you. I wish all christians were more like you, and not spending half the existence dissing on other religions. Great videos, and I look forward to seeing more.
Matt from one Christian to another and LEO suggest making one out of Bethlehem Olive wood and putting the Ten Commandments coin on it. Loved the video.
Thank you. I'm a hobby woodworker myself and you just gave me an idea for a Christmas gift. I have a nephew in law that is a police officer. That Honor the fallen mallet was beautiful. Thanks
They all look great Matt!! And yes, thanks to all who serve and have served!! A great video, with great woodwork and a great message!! I asked God if he was listening and got woke up at 3:16 am so I’ll take that as a yes!! Lol thanks for the tips!! God bless!! Btw I would love a mallet, just gotta wait and sell some projects first!! But definitely will in the future!!
Love the coin . Ironically today is Remembrance Day here in the uk. Lest we forget. Ha’shem works in mysterious and amazing ways. Thank you for making these
Check out two other quick woodworking projects here: ruclips.net/video/-dabPELCUdo/видео.html
Can you do a video with hairpin legs
There is no way you have not served. The subtle lingo hints at it. BUT I support everything about this video, regardless. Godspeed brother.
I’ve got 2 projects on the channel with hair pin legs. Ones a TV stand. One is a nightstand.
Never been military.

Awesome video brother! It’s awesome that the brother reached out to you and that you’re booking him up!
It was quite amazing for sure
Walnut does smell good when you cut it up. Awesome looking mallets. Can't wait to try to make my own
"One of a kind glue spreader. You probably have one too." I did a quick tool inventory and found that I actually have a few very similar to yours.
I love all of these mallets, especially the one with the challenge coin. God certainly has his hand on you. BTW: I also love the mallet that you gave me.
Thanks for sharing this experience with us.
Thank you Mr. Eddie
Lol. I was thinking the same thing. They work so good that I keep 9 extra and haven't lost one yet!
I love the videos.
God Bless!
Thank you for sharing Gary. Praying for you.
Great instructions on the mallets, Thank you. I love the coin insets. I have a number of my state's Peace Officer Memorial coins I purchased each year at our annual conferences. That one hit home.
Matt love your channel! I am retired PD 30 years and do a little woodworking myself. I was touched by this video man simply awesome thank you Brutha
Also, am I the only one that saw that spider on the table?? hahaha
Thank you! I gave the spider a thump! lol
I ain't gonna lie. Took me 3 days to watch it all but it was worth it! Thanks for sharing the story about the coin mallet - God is good all the time!
I appreciate your dedication lol. Thank you!
Beautiful mallets!! Infinity tools has a fantastic chamfer bit with a brass guide bushing instead of a bearing. Can get into tighter corners if the need ever arises.
Thanks for the tip!
I have been watching so many different channels on here and I tend to lean back on urs for detailed info. Thanks for all you do and that coin hammer is amazing!
Awesome! Thank you!
I appreciate the support and kind words!
I was intrigued how you make these beautiful Mallets and watched the video to the end, awesome job. Thank you
All those mallets I would be proud to own. They are awesome. I love the Ambrosia Maple, Purple Heart and the Walnut. Ok all the woods you picked. Thank you for this video.
Thank you
Goosebumps and tears!!! Thank you for being so helpful, kind, and grateful to those that sacrificed so much! And sharing your talent!!
Thank you
Amazing build and thanks for sharing the even more amazing story.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Thank you
Simply beautiful. You even brought a tear to my eye. God Bless
Glad you enjoyed it!
After getting a Purple Heart and getting retired from the Marine corps I’ve loved Purple Heart wood. It’s a very beautiful wood.
It is not as pretty now, but it is useful.
thanks for the tips
exactly right! Thank you for your service.
Kirby Freeman
I got suggestions to use CA glue, but some say it's best if they are loose inside, because that is what creates the dead blow effect
“Not making a clock” how true. I really appreciate the effort you made to share this video. Cheers 👍😎🇦🇺
Thanks 👍
Great mallets and well explained. Concerning the Ambrosia Maple, I’ve been told that it is maple that has been attacked by the Ambrosia Beetle and the fungus that it brings with it causes the color change. The holes are from those beetles. I agree with your 3 degree face angle. Another fine video!
Thank you
YES I would love to see more videos like this one. A special thanks to you for honoring that family!!
Thank you for the tips
Fantastic! I just have some walnut and maple out in the shop. I'm headed out there as soon as this video ends. Thanks for the inspiration, and moreover, thanks for all who serve and protect. GOD bless!
Have fun!
2 things
1st: you can use table salt(just a pinch) to hold things still while you clamp up your projects if you want to avoid using metal fasteners.
I guess what I am trying to say is Thank you
I am very glad the videos have helped you! If I can help, let me know.
Loved the mallets. Absolutely Loved your Tribute. Coins was a great idea. And the Ten Commandments was great. Good Luck. God Bless.
Thank you.
That would make a great combo!
It’s great! I love it.
Thanks for all the content brother! I'm just starting out in wood working and you have been an inspiration.
Thank you
The mallets look amazing! Phenomenal job sir. On a side note. I’m a Police Officer in St. Louis Missouri. The mallet with a challenge coin is hands down amazing. I love watching your channel and seeing this video only re-affirmed that. Thank you!
Thank you for your service
those are very beautiful, another great build, love your channel.
Thank you
Beautiful Mallets, Thankyou for always including Our Saviour in your videos
The mallets are beautiful. I have worked with Purpleheart a lot. Love that and Tigerwood look great together. I have made a mallet out of mulberry. Very tough mallet. I have broken a 2x4 with it and left no marks on the mallet.
Thank you for honoring my brothers who have fallen in the line of duty. It is awesome the mallet found the home it was meant to be at. Love the 10 Commandments mallet. Great gift idea for my fellow Christian woodworking friends.
Thank you
I like the way you always talk about God in your videos and your work lol
Matthew 5:16
I am a police officer in a town in Kane County Illinois with is the county south of Mchenry. This made my day. Thank you for honoring our fallen. I was a carpenter before a police officer, so I am still a woodworker on my free time
Thank you for your service
All of your mallets came out beautiful.
Thank you
The hammers are very cool and unique. How much is it?
I have a couple left on my store 731woodworks.com/store
Seriously brought a joyful tear hearing thr story of the brother of the falken deputy. God is so amazing!
Yes He is
This brought tears to my eyes! Can I message you?
Just finished mine! First hardwood project!
Strangest thing, you told the story about the Deputy’s brother seeing the post and my eyeballs started sweating.
It has that effect 👊
From one brother in blue to another - thank you for honoring our fallen but never forgotten. Also, a tip for the clamping dents- get an old clothes iron, put a small drop of water on the dent then cover with a damp towel. hit the clothe with hot iron....the steam will lift the fibers and the dent will vanish!
Thanks for the tips
Matt, by any chance is Ambrosia Maple your favourite?? 🤣
It's tough to say lol
Sincerely,
Mike in Vermont
Thank you
I had a few tears flowing on this Matt. God bless you and your family for giving back>
I'm enjoying your videos as a new woodworker more and more, and as a twenty-year Cop and (not quite that long) believer in Christ, I truly appreciate what you did hear and what you shared.
A straw with one end cut diagonal to a point is excellent for glue in spots like that and on boxes. They are beautiful!!
Thank you. Glad the videos helped. Hang in there. The longer you do this the better tools you’ll be able to buy
Thank you for your service and your kind words!
Thats a cool story and nice way to honor his brother/other brave officers sacrifices. The coin mallet came out real nice! As did all of them. Great job!
Thank you
I wanted to let you know I love doing some wood working but I don’t get much time to do it. My wife is running meetings and has become a president of an organization to do with her work and I wanted to make her a gift to commemorate her achievement and a mallet was a great idea. Thank you brother Matt I am in the end stages now
Where can I send pics too you guys
Those turned out really great. Thanks!
Thank you
Great video! I’ve made a few and I’m getting ready to make a batch of 50 for wrestling tournament trophies. They will be engraved with the logo and the finishers place. Thanks for the tips!
Beautiful hammers, dude! Really liked the embed of the coin-nice touch👍
I stayed to the end because your video was so interesting to watch. Love the work even with what you call the "imperfections". Thank you for honouring the fallen. This video made me smile and shed a tear at the same time. God bless friend.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Please put the measurements in the description. I had to watch the video a few times to make sure that I got all of the measurements. Awesome job by the way. I love the looks of the mallets!!
Thanks
Great work brother, loved the story you shared about the family member of the fallen police officer. As a fellow woodworker you have inspired me. I appreciate you sharing your talent.
Thank you
Always enjoy your videos! Fun to watch and usually learn something too.
Thanks
Thank you
They all look great Matt!!
Thank you
That purple heart is gorgeous.
Man you are so genuine, I really enjoy your videos. Still rocking my 731 shirt, I wear it while woodworking just because!
Thank you 👊🏻
Love the coin . Ironically today is Remembrance Day here in the uk. Lest we forget. Ha’shem works in mysterious and amazing ways. Thank you for making these
