Keep up the good attitude Justin. That's really important. The 70.3 and PTO events is all about the swim & bike to put you in a position to podium. Once you put more mileage in your run training with track session's you'll improve lots. Have fun on your trip and good luck in 2024.

The answer is always consistency! I see it in myself and everyone else. The longer you stay consistent in the sport, the deeper you can push! People who are crushing it at a high level have been doing this for years and years. I wish there were a shortcut aside from being a genetically gifted freak, but there really doesn't seem to be!
