Man That was pretty cool. I didn't know downtown Austin had placed where you can fish at. I was there back during the summer time doing that delivery in downtown Austin. I wish I'd have known that spot than I would have went fishing.
Thanks, it was a really fun one to make. I looked on google maps and That little creek runs all the way through austin as well. I can’t believe it was so clear. Lots of opportunities if you don’t want to go to lady bird lake.
@@BRandomFishing There are some nice deep spots for sure. Just south of MLK around the new UT Med District. I've never seen any no fishing signs walking around at work.
It is a really awesome city that supports outdoor adventures. Either walking/jogging around on the trails, paddle-boarding and kayaking on lady bird, or even fishing on the river walk.
Love your videos and keep up the great work
Thanks, this one was an adventure for sure! The crayfish at the end was very unexpected haha
Great video! Thanks for sharing your adventure!
Thanks for watching, it sure was an adventure i wont forget anytime soon :)
Love urban fishing man! very nice spot. For some reason fish in urban waters always prefer black flies haha
Yeah I’m glad I tried it, I will def remember to start with black next time.
I love my city! 🤘🏽 ATX512 🐂
It has def grown on me, it got pretty bad during the peak of the pandemic...

Head up towards UT and it gets a lot more manicured.
Avoiding the piles of literal crap would be nice, haha.
Can you still fish it all the way up?

Imagine being a paddle boarder and swimming in that dirty ass water
Yeah, It looks so clear, but looks can be deceiving, haha
Should’ve forwarded this video on to the Austin City Council and the local news stations. If you don’t catch fish, you’ll surely catch a disease.
Haha, or get shot. It is so nasty down there now. Its crazy how a little creek like that can still hold fish.
All I'm thinking is diseases with that shit water. RIP to your hand brother...
I def washed my hands as soon as I got to the rest room! I wish they would do something down there, so much potential. It really could be nice.
Why the f I’m paying these taxes and that place looks like a literal 💩🕳 lol
Lol, it could be so nice down there too. At least I didn’t “witness” the act, haha.
If you don’t have enough poo on your sidewalks just vote blue and they’ll fix that for you real quick
I saw needles and used condoms too 🤢
Austin local 🤍 no better place
