Time stop definitely, sleep whenever, always have time to do stuff, plus it would be fun to wake up early in the morning, stop time, and put all the tired people walking to their jobs in roller skates, then when they fall swap there shoes back on.
Time freezing would be a fun power in general, and yes I know there are a lot of flaws like how you wouldn't be able to see or do anything and of course it would take ages to list the specifics of how the power would work but the point is I can put silly hats on random people's heads whenever I want (provided I have silly hats)
I would have shape shifting. Imagine any body feature you want. You could shift your brain to produce the happy chemicals like its supposed to. You could probably shift smells off you as well.
I also have this idea that it takes a bit to master the skills and you have to study what your shifting or else it'll go horribly wrong. Its actually something I might be writing into a story.
