I wonder what that new-looking white structure is at 4.15. looks an unfinished house..? and closer to the water than anything else along the beach.. Also, how long would it take to walk from your house to the Beaver along the beach.. looks like a great way to get to 'work' (during low tide..). You could kayak there and back also maybe.. Great exercise..

I think an angle to your bar could be a corporate version of Uber eats etc. you have a couple delivery drivers from the beaver and beaver gets the extra pesos and they get tips or somesuch

Great job on the beach clean up. Now if only people would keep it clean and put trash where it belongs. In Dumaguete you walk on the Boulevard and people still just drop their trash on the even though there are trash cans everywhere. I even see people standing beside the trash cans just dropping their trash.
sadly that isn't even the biggest reason. There are parts in the Philippines. That is just over run with trash in the waters. I love that it is becoming more known and "seems" to be more active on trying to keep things clean. But there are places that you can't even see the water due to 1 use plastic items. And well once it is in the water it travels to basically every island :(
@@gahmivolka Yes and I have noticed that on part of the boulevard here and also when I went to Bohol from Dumaguete to half way up Cebu Island I saw so much trash in the water and that was not even close to shore. People don't realize that trash they drop gets into the drainage and clogs it up so bad it causes flooding.
USA export their trash to Asia and a lot of it get dumped into ocean.
You can live in the most remote island in the world with closest land being 1000 km away and yet there is huge amount of plastic coming from the sea every day.
It never can be clean as long as western countries dump their trash to poor countries.
You put your plastic in recycle bins but than it end up in Asia and dumped into ocean or burned. So we feel good about recycling while in reality just few percent of plastic is being recycled.
China stopped accepting garbage from US so they now dump it in Indonesia and other poor countries in Asia.
@@brianbaxter3913 Oh I can only imagine. I hope one day I can get a chance to go over there to help clean up some of the cities. If I ever get the chance. That is what I would love to do. Even if I lose money doing it.
In general, Philippines don’t have enough trash cans throughout, even in the malls it can be a hassle disposing a piece of paper.
@@oahuguy3918 I do wish more public waste bins, most of all in shopping malls there are none in the common areas

The average citizen just drops their sari sari store purchase wrappers where ever they are standing. You can find their address by following the trail of trash🤣

Pretty much every beach. Bantayan Island beaches were a sbock for me.
Is San Mig Zero difficult to find?
Seven 11 has it but San Miguel tells me always out of stock for our bar
baybay is beautiful but many garbage in the sand i hope that people goto beach dont throw their plastic or anything in the beach be responsible their garbage
that's a fun way to quit a job. Sadly, its not that way here in the US.
Just curious, do you have noise issues in your area? Like dogs barking constantly and loud mopeds engines. Are you able to sleep and get rest?
That seems to be a big issue there. Dogs and roosters and traffic.
He lives next to main road so why are you even asking? Traffic is very loud in the Philippines as motorcycles are multiple times more noisy and polluting than cars. I would never live next to a busy road anywhere even if you paid me.
Not at the bar, at the house we have five to 7 dogs that hang out on the road in front. A new dog pound is being built in the city to collect them all, tag, vaccinate and spade/nueter then offer for adoption for two months those that can't be adopted will be let go which will help a huge amount in a year since they can't breed at least.

I appreciate your point.😀But I agree with the Coast Guard& planners on this one. It is kinda what Michael always says, “Marketing is key!” I would also call it “enthusiasm building”. Filipinos gather in large groups for many reasons, so the banner differentiates this project for yes, photos & print press. Maybe your comment could inspire them if they read it, to amend the date & time instead or reprinting every year…Hopefully. My own group that had prayer banners for annual public prayer, we used the same ones over & over until they were ripped up or unsightly-decades! It can be inspiring to read about charitable or other worthwhile activities in periodicals. Some still do read magazines. For example , we receive the Knights of Columbus mag in our home in USA & i enjoy learning about what activities Knights are doing in various countries. The last section of the mag is dedicated to entries from chapters throughout the world; they send in pics & descriptions, I’m recalling pics of children in beds donated to kids in Poland. I hadn’t thought of that need & it was a gr8 inspiration. I’m especially interested in each KoC mag becoz they ALWAYS, never fail to include entries from many Phil dioceses. Building , donating food, or health care assistance, & many more…I always liked the mag for that esp before discovering TPL- my first RUclipsr. Becoz I could see pics & learn about a part of my heritage.
It is good marketing, can be used to document & share with others. & banner can be reused with simple cover over date & tone with new date & time….

He just had a big incident where his nerves got screwed up from riding the bike so much. He will barely let himself stay in bed to heal like he should have been doing. Wouldn't be surprised if it flared up again tbh

That’s curious what happened with the start time. Maybe there was a memorandum or email to change the time & Michael was not on the list? But that would be unusual as I’m certain the CB is on the list of businesses that were part of the plan….Maybe it was a case of military timing; “If you are on time, you are LATE!” 🫡⛴️🛥️⚓️🧡
