Thank you for this great interview! I believe that Peter Grandich is spot-on about the metals possibly increasing in value soon. Especially his point about the dollar diminishing and causing gold to make a substantial increase (since this has already occurred during early 2023). Should this upward momentum trend continue for gold during 2023, then the other metals should increase in value as well. The increased value in metals will undoubtedly entice more investors to buy mining stocks. At worse, it seems that gold has set a floor at $1,950 an ounce now. If gold can continue to rise in value reaching more than $2,100 an ounce, I believe that this will enable the other metals to peak as well. That said, it feels like gold is the primary driver behind making the mining stocks desirable.
