No light tanks and I can't be bothered sitting at back for 5 minutes waiting to fire 1 shot....I know the TD playbook for most players is drive forward 50 metres into a bush and wait 5 mins to fire a shot. Sometimes I do that but in this situation with no light tanks someone had to get forward plus the Jagdpanthers armour can hold up in that sort of matchmaking.
Feels like no matter what i play, the map never lines up with the type of tank im playing. Like every 1 in 30 battles i get a map that matches the strengths of my tank
Oh yeah we all fet that feeling sometimes....thectrick is to play the same tamk for 5-6 games in a row....eventually you get a suitable map and matchmaking for you tank 😆
Haven't touched this game since they changed the UI. I had several max perk comanders and when they changed it I had only 9 options. Unfortunate cause I had something like 16 tier 10 tanks and sunk thousands of hours into it since xbox 360
Yes the infamous update 1.6...I stopped playing just before the huge changes they made back then ...they definitely broke the game and had to walk back many of the changes but one thing they never remedied was the crew skills.

I am one of those players who really tries to play better, do my research, study the maps, the tanks.. try my very best.... to end up in the obvious "gunfodder for streamers" teams and lose game after game after game, most in less than 3 minutes, but hey, they keep throwing free premiumtime at me nonstop so I don't quit. Yeah... fun... 😞
Its maybe a little misleading as I played for 5 years on xbox and then when I returned I started a PS5 account for streaming. Even though I hadn't played for 4 years I still had a lot of residual knowledge...in saying that my xbox account is at 54% from 12k battles so I'm half decent at the game.

Yep I definitely feel that. The first 60 seconds of the battle are so important for map control all to often...the games just to fast now. Far to many tanks in all classes that can do 55-60kmph
Super fun game, but yeah, it's got issues. Tagging a target needs to have a cooldown, +1\-1 tier battles only, and all russian tanks need a massive armor and damage nerf.
Hmmm im not sure Russian heavies are than overpowered tbh...the whole point of them is that they have dumb armour and are user friendly for new players but iv never felt I cant deal with them. I never played when they did +1-1 matchmaking but id like to try it...there is an argument that you really reduce the variety of tanks you play against with such matchmaking and lets be honest it is quite fun to bully a tank 2 tiers lower than you. My issues are premium span and how quickly arty reloads
They need to fix this game and yes it's a love and hate relationship but they need to permanently make match making one teir above and one teir below but if they don't make these adjustments their gonna loose their player base and bankruptcy just saying facts

I never played +1 -1 matchmaking when they tried it but I can see pluses and minus tbf...yeah its great to not face tier 10s in a tier 8 but you also don't get to be the bully either when it comes around plus you drastically reduce the variety of tanks in battle. For me the game has bigger issues than the matchmaking.
Iv not had the pleasure of being hit by ATGMs as only played era1 in Cold War....i watch Riki play cold War and can see ATGMs could bring out some rage in me 😆

Sorry but that was just a bad position. You never want to be the first person on the 1/2 line and that spot is broken by tanks peeking the middle ridge which is what happened. I understand your point about scouting wins prokhorovka and it looks like you have a vision system but being good TD player means putting yourself in a position to punish other player’s moves. A position in the C area would have allowed you to punish the tanks peeking the middle ridge and allowed your teammates to get shot at instead of you. Also panicking and driving to the middle where you are constantly spotted was stupid, stay in the low ground between 2/3 line until you are not spotted anymore.
The game is broken in consoles(to make it easy for new players) . Way different than PC. You will be spotted from far even with good tank concealment stats & with concealment crew skills Unplayable, just rush & fight no tactics required.
Don't think its broken or unplayable its just a typical RNG game.....still plenty tactical battles to be had. I watch PC WOT and see plenty of rush tactics on there as well as many over complicated quirks as well. WOT has just become faster and faster in all versions over the years so inevitable battles get faster.

Moreover, leopard 1 can’t do anything in consoles because of broken concealment mechanic, but in PC can do miracles. Anyhow, the most important that you’re enjoying the game.
Your not understanding the point of the video....its not about the play its about the things that happen in WOT that make you rage. 1.Cock up a top tier game 2.Get blind fired because someone spotted sits behind you 3. Lose your repair and med kit in one shot. 4. Get Arty focused 5. Get RNG with the one shot you get off 6. Die 2 mins into the game. Sure the play was terrible after I tried to escape the blind fire but the play was never the point!

I wasn't playing as a light but there was no light tanks in the game and early spotting on this map us crucial so as a top tier tank I was trying to be aggressive and give my team the advantage....I just didn't factor in a spotted heavy parking behind me and it unravelled from there. The point of this video thought is not the play I made its the fact every reason to hate this game happened to me in under 2 minutes.

Man, that kind of play was not ideal with the tank destroyer. Never saw anything like that on this map.

I escaped the arty problem by playing Cold War instead, and then got bummed by the little rats firing ATGMs

Why is your mini map so small? Make it a full map to see where the enemies are going.
Nah I like the small map....iv played 13k battles over xbox and PS5 with the small map and used to it....just hit the touch screen to check full map.

No light tanks....prok is won by whatever team gets forward and spots the tanks hiding at the back first.
