"Cap better" could be an german wording "Cap besser" directly translated to english. It means "Its better to cap"
It could also mean to lie better (cap = lie) lol

Since the FV215b 183 is at the base protecting, he might mean "capping enemy's base is better", i.e. telling the team not to chase after the AMX 13 105

Yeah chasing light tank takes some times so much time that its just better to cap and go next
I think meant to cap enemy base was the better idea.
This is why I love TDs with heavy frontal armor. Especially the fast ones like the Foch or the entire line from the SU100M1 to the Obj268/4. They're excellent multirole vehicles.
Slower superheavy TDs like the T95, the TS-5 or the Tortoise are great, too, though I strongly recommend putting a turbo (or even a bounty turbo) on them.

@@newbyclive no. The 268 is a forgotten TD sadly and doesn’t really have anything good going for it compared to other TD’s, slow shell speeds, no real armour, to assault with. Just is really average

true, but 2.5k is not very impressive for a tier ten tank that has like the potential to do upwards of 1.6k damage to tanks in a single shot

2500 in an FV is terrible. That’s two shots of AP or like one penetrating HESH shell and a second one that splashes

This reminded me of the days back when the S35 CA had that wonderful 105mm cannon. Had a flippin awesome time in it. I sometimes used it as an assault tank, going into cities and poking corners to punish the enemies with the 300 alpha.
Hah I remember taking my grille to city on ruinberg map and just one shotted every single tank which rolled around the corner trying to shoot me oh god do I miss those fun times the game was at its peak back then

I do like how your opponents did ok to this aggression. There was a middle element that was doing the right thing. Isolating half of your initial train and tried to counter attack. I would have been interesting to see how the IS-7's group, that middle perspective and their vision + decisions and if they could have won that match

Some of my favorite games have been playing the strv103b as a hull down heavy when top tier. So much fun when mm allows.

if your watching the mini map the artys on both sides of base he was not there he was where all the dushbags go J and I 1 with 4 other heavys vs 1red guy on this side of this map it makes for a loss mostly yes go to the 1 place on this side of the map that 3 red arty has ez shots on ya

it happened to me once in a really intensive game, that I got confused, and actually started capping my own base with a teammate by mistake. After a couple of seconds, naturally the counter didn't start, and I realized my mistake and had a big laughter.
Uncle Jingles taught me the most important lesson of tankery: The idea is to win. Not to win harder.
This is how clan wars plays out, mostly (your team swarms a flank and maybe you leave a scout in the middle to develop a counter attack). It isn’t wrong to play like this. For competitive FPS also run like this (your team rushes an objective and as long as you maintain the initiative, its hard for your opponents to counter pressure this. And yes I’m thinking back to good old CS 1.6 where CTs had to divide. This kind of model has changed much. Be aggressive)
As a stroke victim and an older player I have always found tank destroyers more fulfilling for my play style however, I often look at the minimap during the game and see a top tier tank destroyer sitting on the red line by the spawn haven't done nothing while I'm pushed up front taking the battle to the enemy. I'll never be a great player but I'd rather engage The enemy and exchange some fire rather than dying alone when they swarm the cap at the end of the round

I've had a few games like this in my K-91-TP . I'm not a massive fan of sitting in a Bush sniping. I've got mine set up for ramming and durability. 2 masters have shown that this is a good strat
Working middle northern ridgeline in Westfield with the Sturer Emil. Doesn't take many hits but no one wants to pay the toll for coming over. The 15 degrees of gun depression means I can creep up and feint a lot. If someone is reloading, I can pop up and give them a little good news ;). Head to head the big gun is scary. Gotta do a lot of dancing, but it's like making the hill my armor and I become a heavy ;D. Arty doesn't really have a shot either.
I've had people screaming at me to back up, go to the edge of the map where arty pounds you to dust. They tell me I'm stupid. Then I hold the ridgeline for more than half the game and often survive longer than they do :P. And yeah, I do a good bit of damage and can take out a few tanks. The real bonus is keeping them on the other side of the hill and getting them sniped for half the game.
He was insinuating to your teammates to "cap their base faster", he was being sarcastic.

Probably just meant capping was the better option. With him on their base and the other two on enemy base the AMX is forces to either give up the game or challenge overwhelming odds, though not impossible odds
Admittedly, I have a few of my more armored TDs that i add the durability and turbo to act as an assault tank with the heavies or mediums.
QB Got wrecked! We've seen this before but he does play quite well most of the time. GG QB.
My favorite TD for playing aggressively? Hetzer!
With 105mm howitzer and I think with the aiming thingy and turbocharger and additional grousers, though some of that might need some changes...

I think the "CAP BETTER" was to say to his teamates that is better to go cap the enemy base rathar than to be running around the whole map to catch the enemy tank
This match displays how pushing in a tank destroyer a can be better while the Fv215b 183 shows that sitting in your cap circle is indeed much better... lol.

I pulled out this tank recently and it had exactly the same thing. 5k DMG and 5 kills. :D Role play as medium tank. I love fast TDs.
I am a huge fan of the foch line, especially the foch155 (I have more than 1k battles with it, 54% win ratio and a decent 2.4k average damage, and with the Best hitpoints possible, 2.1k).
I play with vents/durability/turbo. I have to say, playing aggresively is very important, but at the right time. I personaly need to know what I have against me before rushing in, to know what I will trade with, as my hitpoints are my most important ressource.
My second advise is to consider sometimes not to fully unload and wiggle a bit to bait a bounce or two, it can make a difference later.
My third advise is to not hesitate to play a bit safer at the start if you don't feel it, forget you have an autoloader, put one shot there and there.
My fourth advise is not to stay in the same front more than 3 minutes if nothing much happens.
Change lines, surprise your opponents that didn't expect you there as you were spotted before in another place.

"Sitting at the back of the map, waiting for an ambush that never happens," usually means yer team has pushed that flank out, or won that flank. Your winrate, I imagine, would probably go up, while your overall stats would go down. I don't know about everyone else, but usually the tanks that I sit at the back of the map, are the ones that don't have armor i.e. the Rhm, or the ISU. Hands down, the tds I prefer to push in are the T95 and the T28, if I can get hull down, the SU-101 can be fun.
I love how QB still enjoys the game and chatting with allies and taking it seriously after so many years …
My recent average WR is ~59%, but in TDs is well over 65% for this very reason- unless you're in grille maybe, camping isn't worth it
He probably was AFK to get a cup of coffe and toasts =) but that one shot was enough =P

It's possible and almost likely he was implying both its better to protect his cap while the others cap the enermy cap as none of your surviving tanks have the speed or mobility to keep up with the 105
While one can play a TD with reasonable armor aggressively, if you have one of the "glass cannon" TDs that doesn't always work so well. Granted, one can't spend all their time camping in a single bush. One has to know when, where and how to move, there are no cut and dry rules, and it is something that can only be picked up with LOTS of practice and getting somewhat immunized to seeing their TD reduced to smoking ruin on the battlefield.
I get the FV though, “no cap kill all” is a problem, and it’s not like the FV wasn’t doing anything, they were still top 5 XP

FV183 couldn’t be afk Quicky, he had a kill and managed to get another! questionable play style but in this instance *cap better*

Not chasing the AMX 13 105 is honestly not that bad of a decision when you consider that the FV215b183 has limited turret traverse and slow hull traverse speed - by staying in the cap the FV215b183 at least has a mountain to put his back to
Those low rolls are part of the game engine...for more 'excitement'. They are not random in those situations.

FV was saying, that you better cap. in many languages you would say it other way around and if he is not too good in English, well then you'll get cap better:)
My opinion on the FV, is you were wrong he was never AFK, just the way he did it made him look AFK, he took the decision to guard Base because simply he's never going to catch the AMX, the only thing he's got that's faster than the AMX is his 183 mm Hesh Round

As I said many times I always cap the base no matter how many idiots calling No Cap Kill All is like they wanted to lose it on purpose ....
(If they say no cap kill all but the enemy player can 1v7 on your team you just throw away the game ....)
I just took down a 1v3 where the enemies tried capping and I was in a WZ-132-1. I just spotted them, decapped, repeat until they were dead. I was 300 HP for an FV and a 268 and arty
Capping does not work. I knew exactly where the enemies were, they were never going to outspot me. Easy money

@@CrazyPanda688 Only cap if you're on a Tog for example too slow to crawled your way into the battle (I don't play high tiers because I hate shooting gold so I rather play low tiers to make easy money with AP only ...)

It seems like the FV might be German, and tried to directly translate "capt besser" which means "better go cap", but how he translated it, it ended up in "cap better".

What that FV215 183 meant was that it has 46% winrate because it does not play and it's polish. I still have no idea why WG won't ban these AFK bots, then again, camping in the base gets you a better winrate than the average east european gets by "playing" actively.
