Because my foot is very narrow, getting a bigger platform for me would mean getting a wider box, and for the ankle and metatarsals, it’s not good. I believe that the illusion of clumsiness can appear only because of the dance style and not because of the darning method 😅 anyway. I'm not forcing anyone to do so, just sharing my method.

Why not buy a bigger platform? The darning gives the illusion of clumsiness.
