I hope I live a long life. In my bed, along side my wife maybe, I hope this song starts to play. As it does my memories will begin to appear in reverse. Living my silvers years, finding success, working, the wonderful years of school I was blessed with, and it ends with me playing as a child.
My English teacher from eighth grade introduced me to this band. She would play this music while we were working. It would calm everyone down, if only for a little while. She was probably the best teacher I've had yet. Cheers to you Mrs. Wycoff.

Any event where one chapter of life closes and the next one begins, and that we aren’t sad that each chapter ends, but we are comforted with the fact that some things wouldn’t be so special if they lasted forever.

It's songs like these that show why Post-Rock is probably the greatest genre of music ever. Such emotion, spirit and great music all rolled into one. I just have to thank all these great Post-Rock bands for the spectacular music they have produced.
