Dude! I just worked up my Karnstein Solar build yesterday, and it is soooo good. Originally, I’ve been focused on glaives combined with Karnstein, but the new finisher giving restoration x2 puts this exotic over the top.
It runs pretty well with Banner of War titans. Finishers for Curex3 and Restorationx3. Procs the origin trait on the sub machine gun. Sword and shotty are great for close encounters. This build eats Warlord Ruins encounter 1 for breakfast. Im not sure how well it scales into late game stuff. Build could vary wildly.
I've seen the Sunbracers build with other streamer. It's annoying because you need a melee kill, then consume the grenade, then dive to the ground and have the grenade killing something... Karnstein really gives you that great window for Restoration without that much effort, a very solid choice for those who don't want to be multitasking.
I've heard about the Karnstein build but know little about it, I would love a build video. This dungy was tough for my team so GGs on a solo. Awesome stuff

I use Karnstein with Void and Glaive. Devour + Resto + the fragment that gives you overshield if you kill something while your shield is down. Pretty fun.
I echo the other sentiments, in wanting to see full Karnstein build break down. I used them with Glaive 2 seasons ago but haven't touched them since. Intrigued to brush the dust off of them. Thanks.
@@alexandrumihai5710 In my opinion, for me it is not legit if you change your loadout in the middle of the game to have a greater advantage, here this man showed true skills when it came to playing, and he played with only what he was wearing...So don't give me that nonsense.

Your build looks intresting to me. But i am gonna replace you grande launcher with mine cataphract or even that reprised edge transit for more safety(like not have to worry about proking surrounded) will do less damage but it's ok.
So do I need to have radiant buff in order to shoot a mob and re-proc restoration? Because I do a finisher and get restoration but when I shoot enemies it doesn’t give me more restoration time
I know he said he isn't using meta stuff but that GL is absolutely busted for THIS dungeon. You are surrounded all of the time and the bosses are big and slow, so thats a free 47 percent damage boost on your heavy. Plus now that you get restore x2 on a Karnstein finisher and Sunshot obliterates everything you are always healing.

Surrounded procs a lot since the boss spawns in psions when the mini phases start, plenty of fuel for envious assassin, and the short damage phases before the "Peak" makes GLs burst damage more appealing than a rocket launcher's. *On the flip side,* though, It's terrible for LoWG(2nd boss). low total damage at base, can only reliably proc surrounded on 2/4 plates, and the damage phase lasts so long that you could easily spend your reserves on a heavy that can do more sustained damage.
Sunshot is a must imo on final boss. If you shoot the middle eye on the boss, it blows up all of the eyes. Pluss the scorch gives you a lot of melee energy.
@@TheLuklear my brother in Christ does zaoulis not do the same thing or something. Explosive Payload and Incandescent is basically the same as Sunshot unless it has a tweaked explosion radius or something.
Love this alternate build to Sunbracers as I dislike that exotic. Not for any good reason - I just think they’re ugly and I can’t dresstiny around them 😂 Same problem with Synthos. And looking good is what matters most 😌
You say he wouldn't spawn in the 2nd one for first floor on final boss but he did..you just didn't capture. That short phase of damage was because you didn't capture when you were standing in the middle of both. It Might've been hard to see because you're in the moment.
Fusion is the one from this season; Scatter Signal, prob with overflow/slice and controlled burst. (rapid strand) The grenade launcher is Koraxis's Distress from RoN, don't know what perk other than surrounded he was running, but it rolls/is craftable with reconstruction.
You keep skipping loot. It kills me. There two chest in the tunnels before the second boss. One is a trap, the other isn’t. Then after you beet the ogre, the room where there’s a bunch of chest, one isn’t glowing, that one is loot. Also thanks for helping me solo. Used your build.
I never bother with chests or loot on solo runs, stay focused on the goal of solo flawless… but that’s just me, if I let my guard down for some loot I’m more likely to mess up 😂

I used this build too, slightly different but super free and easy to live with, perfect balance of ease of us and survivability

Finishers give you restoration x2 with Karnsteins. Try using your finisher instead of melee kills.

Whats the perks on your fusion? So far ive found loose change controlled burst but i haven't got many tolls of it yet

It's fixed
It's the same regardless. That's why these bosses are tough solo they have enough health for 3 players.
Koraxis does good dps damage?
In this dungeon situation it’s good because you can always proc surrounded but you have to be really careful to not blow yourself up
