- Hey all! Sorry for the delay on the video again. I’ve been quite busy with school in the last two weeks but I’m managing my time quite well at the moment so hopefully that won’t be a problem in future.
Question of the day; what is your favorite thing to do to calm yourself down when you are nervous? I like to talk to friends or listen to music. I tend to find a lot of comfort in those two things.
School’s been rather busy lately so I’m glad to have a break this week. It will give me time to catch up on some things I enjoy and in general just destress. One thing I plan to do is focusing on trying to learn French, I’m very interested in learning French and finally having the time to sit down and study the words I’ve learned and work on my accent and other things will be nice. Other than that I don’t have much plans for what to do, I’m eager to see what I decide to do as the days come closer. Hopefully it ends up being something productive.
Remember to try to eat and stay hydrated. Remember to follow precautions and bind safely if you are binding. These include not wearing a binder for over 8 hours, stretching, taking breaks, and just breathing. And if you are tucking please follow precautions so you can do it safely. Just like binding, you shouldn’t tuck for over 8 hours. If you can take breaks, then it is advised. With both binding and tucking please read up on advises precautions for safety and possible risks. And remember that no matter what you are going though now, no matter how hard it will seem- it always gets better. I know this is something you’ve probably heard a lot but you only hear it because it’s true. It could get harder before it gets better but it does get better. one time in seventh grade science class, we talked about men getting pregnant. my science teacher talked about how the man was trans and was born female but transitioned. then she went on about how he is still considered a man getting pregnant even though he is biological female. me, a closeted trans male, automatically loved this teacher.

Today when I was waiting in line at the market there was a little girl in a stroller who pointed at me (as toddlers do) looked at her mom and started repeating "mister", and the mother says "yes sweetie, there's a mister" before wheeling her away so the line could finally move, and I had this rush of gender euphoria that lasted until I had to go and pay my phone bill, which is registered to my deadname.
Overall it wasn't one of the bad days, but it could've been better.

Actually it's because the legal process of changing a name is so complicated that I don't want to go through it because anxiety. I'm generally very bad with this kind of stuff, plus my country, for some fucking reason, doesn't allow to change your name unless it is approved as unisex by a linguist.

It's sad that "biology has been over simplified to the point of inaccuracy"'-- our school system is so broken and it makes me SAD!!!!!
As a former biology teacher, that's actually kinda necessary. Most of the real stuff is way too complex to teach in the limited time you have in highschool.
I do think some of it could be better, but yeah...I don't really disagree with that

It's broken as a whole, over-sexualizing people to the point they can't show their damn shoulders, sending ELEMENTRY school kids home for wearing NORMAL stuff, and not doing anything when someone is getting bullied to the point of su*cide. And hiring teachers that don't even care about others. We need to change our school system as a whole. Ofc i'm not saying this about all schools, since there are godsend schools that accept lgbtq+, care abt the students, don't over-sexualize them, ect. But the majority isssss.... horrid. @@eliomust_die kinda hard to explain but they’re just different types of pronouns for people (usually non-binary) who may not feel that she/he/they pronouns fit them. An example would be xi/xir pronouns or fae/faer pronouns (which I like along with she/they)! Basically another set of pronouns that people find that fit them better :)

je parle le français depuis le maternelle. c'est vraiment difficile, il y a comme huit mille différents façons de conjuguer chaque verbe, mais c'est une belle langue
(ive spoken french since kidney garden. it's pretty hard to learn, there's like eight million ways to conjugate each verb, but it's a pretty language)

This is literally the best channel to watch lgbt tiktok compilations. I've looked at other channels and you can tell they put zero love in it and probably only put whatever is in the top of the search results and sometimes you'll see stuff that isn't even relevant to the lgbt community
