- Another awesome day spent on two wheels. This ride took us 52 miles; winding up through the Blue Ridge Parkway, down past Crabtree Falls, and past Tyro, before ascending our third and final climb; Wintergreen Mountain.
Wintergreen is rated the most difficult road biking climb in the state, with an average gradient of 7.7% and close to 3000' of elevation gain in 7 miles.

As promised, this day was a challenge. But dang, was it a fun and beyond beautiful route!

Great video! Thanks for sharing your awesome ride.
My car doesn't even like driving up that road to Wintergreen. Major props for doing it on a bike!
It was a grinder! Thanks for the support 🙏
I'm going to need a rest day after watching this.
