Dhoti/dhotuan/ dhoin dal kehloori dish hai jiska satyanash kar diya apne. Ye Kahan se sikhi? Isme jeera, dhania, lal mirch use nhin hoti aur dal bhi chhilka wali use hoti hai usko overnight soak karke fir chhilke nikalna pdta hai.
