And despite everything I said around the 13 minute mark I decided life’s short and bought a GT86. FYI the BMW was a wonderful car to own.

Glad to see you did a new video, I always enjoyed the previous ones. Nice choice of car; she looks to be a minter condition for the miles and year like. (I must check that garage out when I'm due to change but I think Brexit means Ill be driving my car into the ground :)) I've a GTD Golf and have notions of a G20 3 series. Interestingly the elec brake on my Golf had me nervous but actually the one thing I love now. I'd be interested in how leather goes for you in the warm summer days. Personally leather does nothing for me but unfortunately if you want a 3 series etc you've no choice....I'll go test drive one on a scorcher of a day. Also, how did you find the move to auto. I've a fear of moving to auto and then missing my manuals. I did drive a GTD DSG few months ago and it fully converted me, the gearing was just as I would change in a manual so I reckon I could make the move:)

15:58 the front tyres on this car are Continentals but the rear tyres are the same Bridgestone run flats the car would have originally been sold with.

I didn’t import it the dealer I bought it from did and it was in their stock. Same with the BMW I should add.

BMWs can have any colour you want, just depends how deep your pockets are (Friend’s M4 is finished in Lamborghini Verde Mantis - €12k option!)

Ah yes the paint to sample. I was referring more to the standard colours, but yeh you pay enough you can have any car in any colour.

BMW interior is awful...as always!! 🤮 Looks so 80ish. Thats why I will never ever buy a BMW. Mercedes or Audi are way better.

    • @ShanesAutos

You think the interior of my car looks like it’s from the 80’s?? 😳 Audi interiors are some of the most bland I’ve ever been in.

@@ShanesAutos Yes, it looks like it‘s from the 80s. Just look at the handbrake.
PS: Don‘t get me wrong. The car is great. BMW Designers can make nice, aggressiv looking sportscars, but they can‘t make modern interiors.

@@Marv_0815 right gonna have to strongly disagree here. I’ve been in a lot of current gen BMW’s and 80’s is not how I’d describe the interior.
