Flew on one to Saint John few weeks back! We had to wait an extra hour in Montreal at 10 PM just to wait for ground crew to load baggage, while sitting in the plane.
Great video. I hate the CRJ-200. The window frames are too low, and since the airplanes are old, they are also in bad shape. No IFE or power plugs. Sad :(
Me, depends on the airline. Some airlines configure the CRJ-200 really well, especially the European ones. Air Canada's are okay, except the windows are too low. The planes are actually well maintained. No plugs and IFE sucks, but it is a regional hop and not meant to be a long flight.

Nice trip report!!

These things were ready for the junkyard back in 2007. Surprised they're still in the air.
I think I'm in this video, one of the YQM ramp guys on the right @ 10:12 lol
