Hello sir, what if pt. Having seizures due to copd treatment? Or he having seizure during treatment.. What is it's significance??

Sir i have read somewhere that in case of management of COPD whenever we plan to give respiratory fluoroquinolone we should avoid bronchodilators because it may have seizure potential when combined.
Sir please comment on this...
