Thank you for this review ..I was very Skeptical about purchasing this Muffler from borla. I purchased for my 2019 Subaru Forester sport . It it sounds amazing. Not too loud . Just how I wanted it 👍🏼👍🏼. Good job on this review
@@meesubicrosstrek8097 further question: does the tip hand down lower than the stock, potentially causing a low-point for clearance, or is it pretty well tucked in?
Hey man love your stuff. I was just wondering if you had any issues with installing the Borla exhaust given you have hitch? Did you have make amy mods to fit it in? I have been reading that Borla are really tricky to put on when you have a hitch, and some have cut the hitch to make it work. Which I don't want to do.
I wonder what sets this exhaust apart from Nameless. Seems like most people gravitate towards Nameless. I saw they have a dual chamber exhaust too. Def want a bit more noise out of the Crosstrek but at the same time it’s not a WRX.
Just got my 2023 Crosstrek Touring 2 weeks ago. What mods would you suggest I should go for ? Also did you see a change in performance or horsepower after the exhaust setup. ? Great video btw and straight to the point ! 🤟🏻
Just got a 23 crosstrek as well. After having it for less than a week I got new rims and tires. Upgraded to all terrains. Rims were to add and offset. I went with 215/75/r15 since they are the same diameter as factory tires so I didn’t need a lift to fit them
I don’t think you would notice that much of a difference between 215 and 235 tbh. 235 has .8 Inches more width and 1.2 inches larger diameter. Tire width doesn’t add that much more traction so that’s not really a reason to size up. Mainly the larger diameter giving you .6 inches more clearance. Also a lift would give clearance
Hey man! I have a question, I saw your parts list in the description and I like your build! I'm just curious if you have any rubbing issues with your lift and tire setup. Sorry if you addressed this in any of your older videos I just found your channel.
Why does the sound of a car's exhaust thrill you? Why care about it? Because it makes you feel good? How can that be? What is going through your mind when the sound from a car's exhaust system pleases you? And now, some vehicles pump that sound, artificially, through the car's audio system. It's not even coming from the exhaust system. There must be some sort of delusional connection with that sound. Probably some fake sense of power? Does that imply an insecurity, lack of esteem, other physical inadequacies? Why care about the sound of a car? Really!
@@rambolambo007 - Oh, quite the contrary. You’re the one who gets a Chubby from the sound of a car, even if it is a fake sound from a radio speaker! Grow the F up! Get up off the floor, stop making those “Voom Voom” sounds, and eat your veggies! What a big baby you are!
Borla makes the best sounding exhausts, period. They aren't the loudest but they sound so good and have such a quiet idle
Getting a Crosstrek later this year and planning out mods already. Just added this exhaust to the list!
Yeah! Check out my other stuff for ideas! Ask me anything. Congratulations on your crossteek
I just bought one today and here we are!

Thank you! I’m glad it helped
Your Forester, is it stock or any other mods?
Im trying to decide between HKS, borla and nameless....looks like nameless has delete option also not sure about other ones
If I did the exhaust system and a cold air intake will that help my Subaru Crosstrek
Sounds good to me, I just wish you had a comparison to the original part so I can hear the difference with your same audio setup
I should’ve recorded the first.

The borla axle back sounds great
This is off topic.....but what hitch do you have?

Are you still running the factory resonator

@@kasefrancis is 215 tread size good enough it does it feel skinny on the Crosstrek ?

You’ll never get any gain from an axle back. The sound is the only thing that will change
@@jd5393you definitely get some gain. The stock muffler is a giant reverse flow that's very restrictive.
Does it sound good at the high rpm 5k and over? That's where I'll be wanting sound
Is this a good option if I don’t wanna attract any cops?
Hi, just installed mine and there is a little hole in the end of the muffler. Looks like a moisture purge hole. Does yours have that?
How is the Drone at low rpm, around town, and highway speed?
Did u gain a bit of torque or power? Planning to buy one for my forester sport. Still debating wether I should go for catback or axle back
Exhaust for the crosstrek might get you 1.1 hp and .6lb of torque
What size is your motor?
Does it improve performance?
Is the Borla Exhaust in stainless steel? Thanks! Big fan!
You need some ULH bro. Will make that rubble somuch better
That sounds awesome!
It does right? Better in person
More of this please!!
Thanks! I'll get some more setup
Nice!
Thanks! Your products are nice!
sounds nice, but id never get an aftermarket on an automatic
What’s the reason to change the muffler?
To annoy everyone around me because it makes me happy.
Wonder if its any diff from 2019 forester, assuming its same engine no? And did the part come with gaskets or u gotta get it seperately?
Does it come from factory with in even length headers?
Yup. No mods necessary
Which Borla is it? Looking for my 2020 Impreza Sport
# 11944 should work, think hatchback only

This is the automatic cvt?
Where can I order the muffler Andy
Would this work with the 2021 Crosstrek limited? It has a 2.5L
Yeah it should. But double check their website
Same here. Find out anything?
That's the 2.0I. ???
What hitch do you have? I’ve been trying to find an exhaust that will work with the Etrailer brand hitch!
Yeah that is a curt hitch I think?
Yeah
Great choice 👌
Thank you!
Which motor do you have?
I wanna know if your necklaces turn your neck different colors and if not where did you get them?? lol
Lol no it doesn’t. It’s from mistersf.com
What kind of Borla exhaust did you use??
S type catback
Hello, where can I get that tow hook?
Shame manual transmission only comes in the 2.0 the 2.5 is only automatic and not turbo
Just following on Instagram.. that sounds amazing
Yeah, it’s really nice. Not too loud.
I want one for my Impreza
You should get one! It sounds so nice
Would this work with a 2016 Impreza wagon?
Number ☝️! Love it, vroom vroommm
VROOOM
I cannot get my android auto to work whyyyy
Is this catless? Oh) now i see
Super easy to install
Driving this car without paddles just sounds so bad lol I’ve never NOT driven without using mine (thank god I have them)
