There was a second part to this, I think it was called "Italian joke part 2" here on youtube but its been removed. Would really like to see it again. It was filmed years later, Mickey was walking in to a set and everyone there was dressed out as an Hollywood star. Richard Gere, Isabella Rosselini, Antonio Banderas among others and they all acted like Mickey was a nobody, only there as an impersonator of Mickey Rourke. They wanted him to talk about his dog "Roki" (Loki).
