It was filmed years later, Mickey was walking in to a set and everyone there was dressed out as an Hollywood star. Richard Gere, Isabella Rosselini, Antonio Banderas among others and they all acted like Mickey was a nobody, only there as an impersonator of Mickey Rourke. They wanted him to talk about his dog "Roki" (Loki)
This is hilarious. I would have liked seeing more of the ending. So, Did Mickey ultimately laugh this thing off or did he get pissed? The fake security guy really tested Mickey by seeing how far he could attempt at being annoying that's for sure! This must have been shortly after Mickey's first surgery because you can't even tell he had anything done until he has his sun glasses off when they're leaving the Hotel.
