When this vid popped up, I knew that there was going to be no legitimacy to it if Dillon's crash was not included. I was there, in the infield, and it was surreal, to say the least...
Car going airborne was only half the story. Going from 190MPH to 0 in the catch fence was incredible.
FORTUNATELY, the car went in wheels first.

The worst I have ever witnessed. I was at a race back in '69 or '70. They were called "Hardtops" back then. Now they are super modifieds. Anyways, I was 11 and my Dad sent me down to the concession stands to get a program and some Pepsi's. I was in the program line. The vendor asked me what I would like. I said, " A program..." then "CRASH". A car came crashing through the roof of the concession stand. It was at the outside of turn 3 & 4. The wreck caused it to flip over the wall. The wall was about 6 foot and the chain link fence was about 20 feet high. It was a 1/4 mile high banked speedway. The track was Kearney bowl. Believe it or not. No one was hurt. That was on a Friday night. Two days later the same driver did about a 20 flips on the front straight at Clovis speedway. He was fine after that wreck as well.

One of the Team Mercedes cars collided with another car causing the Mercedes to crash into the large gathering of fans standing beside the track. 83 fans were killed while 120 plus were injured. Parts of the Mercedes flew at shoulder height, decapitating many in the crowd. Mercedes dropped out of racing for decades.

Loaded down with 80 gallons of gasoline for the start of the race McDonald spun into the inside wall at high speed and erupting into a massive fireball . It only got worse from there. McDonald's car skidded back across the track hitting the outside wall and Eddie Sachs simultaneously. The fireball then reached hundreds of feet into the sky fueled by both car's gasoline now. Sadly, both drivers didn't survive.😢

The 2023 Monte Carlo rally crash HAS happened before, just the last time it did...well, it caused the ending of Group B. I think it was a Lancia that went off, too. Same thing, clipped inside wall, and over the side and into a tree.

It's funny how the number of times an LM Prototype is hit or struck on the side involving a Ferrari GT car.

Very irritating how you flip the videos left to right, right to left.
    Especially mid accident
I actually didn't finish watching the video because of it

There are so many crashes that are as horrific and many far worse than most of these.
‘55 LeMans has to be the worst in Motorsport history. Gordon Smiley at Indy, Danny Ongias at Indy. Dave McDonald and Eddie Sachs at Indy in ‘64. Just to name a few.

Out of all the crashes I still think Bruce Allen and Kenny in pro stock was the worst crash in NHRA history

One of the worst crashes was in 1977 in f1 when a man was driven over by an f1 car, and the driver of the car died of the impact

Nothing from the Isle of Man TT (269 rider deaths in 102 race meetings) or the 1955 Le Mans disaster which killed 82 people in one crash.

Yeah, I was wondering where that Le Mans race was. That was the deadliest, and there for the worst racing incident in history.

Everyone saying he’s switching angles it’s more than likely the race replay races on tv always switch angles during a wreck to always get every angle. NASCAR does it too

Please say their race car when it's a Rally car. The co-pilot is in there too and is as important! :)

Saw Dixons crash in person, all I could do was tuck my head in my hands and hope for the best, the whole speedway went dead silent until we saw him moving around in the car.
