I really enjoy your new format Doug. The ages of the musicians amazes me. We’re all getting older. ✌️😊

Getting my weekly dose of Vinyl History this Sunday morning as I put up the Xmas tree, Doug. That EJ Greatest Hits was the first LP I ever owned, at the ripe old age of 8! Christine McVie's songs are my favorite from the Mac. Feels So Good...of course! 😎🎶

Another cool trip down memory lane, not that I remember everything! I do remember buying a copy of the Wall. Chuck was very popular, that's for sure.

I had a cassette of the wall that was played constantly! Thanks!

Chuck Mangione sounded great. Haven't heard that one for a while. Lots of great songs and bands in this episode. I like Daniel; Crocodile Rock was a good one too. Can't go wrong with a greatest hits album. Dark Side of the Moon is why favorite Floyd album, I think. Rock on Doug!

I think I have Love Child in a paper sleeve CD version - I love those. I like your Johnny greatest hits. Hey, that album arguably has a better back than the front. I am over Bohemian R too but every once in a while I jam to it. This episode had a lot of cool info. Still sad you didn’t join my Friendsgiving!

I didn’t even notice the back of the Cash album, I will have to go look. I think the cover of Love Child is pretty cool, not sure why just has a cool look I guess. We will do a video together one of these days

Interesting Tommy Chong info. My first Elton John album was Madman Across The Water but next was his Greatest Hits. Christie McVie wrote some really good songs that weren't big hits during the Bob Welch years before Fleetwood Mac's popularity soared with Buckingham/Nicks. Might have to look for that Echo & The Bunnymen reissue. Nice recap of the week.

Hi Doug, i think Wings' Greatest stands up against any compilation of all time IMO.
the UK banned two of Macca's singles, Hi Hi Hi which you mentioned and "give ireland back to the irish", a pro-irish/anti British military occupation song. Macca then recorded "mary had a little lamb" and released that saying 'lets see the BBC ban this one!", which they obviously couldnt.
great group album records shown there mate and always good to see Michael Jackson get shown in the VC - Lloyd

Wing’s greatest hits would be in my top ten for sure, as well as Elton’s. Hmmm sounds like the making for another video, wasn’t that a thread not to long ago?
