No not yet… waiting times if you lost it is 15 months. USCIS don’t want you to contact them until those 15 months have passed. If you need to travel outside the country you can get a an I-551 stamp on your passport

Yes of course , it depends of how many years they give him for the resident permanent legal, if its expire he can't get out of usa and return if isnt he can!

Hi Shie nagbayad na kami before ako dumating sa US ng immigrant fee for greencard yung 220$ thru online. Pero mostly mga kakilala ko nagbayad na sila pagdating sa USA. Wala naman akong finill upon na i-485 ang alam ko sa eto yung adjustment of status for fiancee visa.

we waited 3 months and never received a welcome letter or green card, only a SS card, It is impossible to get ahold of USCIS so i just filed an i90 form to replace greencard and she went to her biometric apointment and still waiting 2 months with no greencard. She has been her about 9 months.

Hello , we got married 2019 and I entered 2021, yes its exact 2 years when I passed the POE.

Hello, yes as long as temporary travel purposes and returning before the expiry of passport visa. Make it sure also I think you need permit to travel.

U can’t be out of the United States more then 6 months at a time you’ll get your green card taken away

Yes po walang papel yung passport lang na may sticker sa loob na visa. online po uscis immigrant fee kayo magbabayad.

My removal of condition are still on process. Not sure if they gonna use my old picture.
