Congratulations!!!. Wow, I just learn to you that the way they process the Green Card now is a lot different. In the old days when I migrate here in the US. My Green card have no expiration date and I got my US Citizenship with in 3yrs.
You could have save yourself the headache and time and money buy just getting married in Philippines . Just wait 2 years and file for spousal visa. Me and my wife did that. Upon her arrival at entry point Atlanta GA, her interview lasted 30 seconds. She received her 10 year green card in 18 days after arrival. Its wise to check all options on USCIS. It's all printed on website. Plus I did not use an attorney for her application.
Hi... just want to ask... my partner petitioned by her mother, we have submitted all documents, done medical and just waiting for a slot for his rescheduled interview...we have 2 children pero hindi muna isasama sakanya, hindi pa din kami kasal kasi bawal nga.. please give me advise, what is the best option : isama na yung dalawang bata sa pag alis nya? or wait muna magkagreen card then magfile ng fiance visa?....or kapag ba fiance visa automatic kasama ang kids? please enlighten me... thank you in advance..
Hello po, many things need to consider sa situation po ninyo. First, pag minor child po automatic nasa mother custody kaya mahirap kung isama ang mga bata, one of proof relationship requirements ay ang marriage certificate. Pwede rin nmn po ang fiancee visa at makakasama nmn po ang mga bata sa inyo. Pero I highly recommend po na maghingi din kayo ng advise sa immigration lawyer for more legal information and enlightenment.

Hi May, it took 11months po yung process ko sa cr1 tapos yung application dapat within 90days kasi kapag super early binabalik po nila yung paper with notice.
Hi silent viewers po ,nag file po ako last feb 2023 po for my 10 yr green card ,and until now may 2024 still not yet po mahigiy isang taon na din po siya ,ano po ginawa niyo po kasi parang mas nauna po kayu na releasab ng green card kaysa akin ,got confused lang kasi halos magkasing buwan lang tayu nag file Baka pwede masagot po sa tanong Tapos ng email ako sa uscis sinabi lang nothing outsatanding right now ,parang pending parin siya pero meron po akong extension letter

Did you recieve a biometrics letter to go and have biometrics done before your I-175 was approved?
I receive a letter about reusing my biometric and 12months I received my 10years gc.
@@Pen87Vlog well they didn't reuse my husband biometrics. He had to do it twice. We may have to go for an interview twice

Hindi na sis kasi nung arrival ko may nareceived akong biometric appointment kaya ni re use ko sya nung nag apply ako ng removal.
