I found the quest mini's. I have been able to control better because they are individually wrapped and instead of 4(serving) I am doing 2 which would be like eating one big one. I can't just eat one of the big ones because the package is open. The little ones are helping me with control.

You have to give it time. My R hand is doing so much better and my left is healing. My doctor said it could take a year. Keep doing all the exercises. I do both hands every day. OT therapy is a $60 copay. Can't afford that right now. Have all the information from my RT hand so I am doing it myself for both.
You definitely have had a lot going on this year so it is safe to say “change” is your word. I don’t like change either but sometimes it is for the best. I will continue to pray for your mom and you!! I’m sorry she’s having a tough time. I hope you will enjoy your new job and hope the drive isn’t stressful!! Be safe traveling every day! The word change definitely found me this year, LOL. I'm getting lots of experience in dealing with it. Thank you for praying for my mom. I am excited to start something different. I am not excited about the drive, but there is always give and take. I needed a job at this moment and it was the clear winner. I don't have to stay forever. I will do another giveaway at some point for sure. It was fun to put this one together.
@@SarahsJoyfulJourney I guess change isn’t always bad but I don’t like change either. I know that is a long drive so maybe something closer will come along if it’s meant to be.
Wow! Sarah! You certainly have had a LOT of change this year! Looks like I need to go further back in your archives to catch up…worker’s comp? Surgery? New job??? All news to me because I have fallen out of the loop with your videos this summer. My husband had a stroke on Memorial Day and that totally upended our lives. It was terrifying. He is fortunate that it did not leave any disabling side effects, but we were forced to reassess his diet. He had joined me in eating keto for the last 10 months, and we did not know that his cholesterol had skyrocketed to almost 500, his LDL was well in the 300’s. Apparently his family history and genetics mean he was not able to thrive with those sorts of numbers. We were eating the same things, but my cholesterol went down! Go figure.
My mom is doing okay. She is waiting for my tests. That is strange you didn’t get a notification. If she reaches out with the next few weeks I’ll make her a box too. 🙂
