I did the conversion on my 3s to 4s before this was released. I cut the tray and lowered to accommodate the 4s pack. I upgraded to a 45a ESC and I’m still running the original motor and fan without issue. So much fun.
Im 64 yo, been buying Economical Elec. Edf's 14 Years. The New 4cell Panther is as good as 64 Mm can Be. The Economical Price, point, Battery Range.. Free Shipping. Yall Dialed this one in Motion. Congrats!
Built mine today and just flew it. Perfect flight on recommended cog and low rates. Easy launch on full power. Rock solid in the air, and no problem landing on zero power glide. Much easier to fly than the 3s v1, mainly due to easier hand launch. Andy in uk.
@Wes: In the unbox/build video, the EDF test run sounded terrible - what have you done to fix this? Just full throttle to let the blades sand down themselves until they are quiet? 😂
Any idea when this plane will be available in european warehouse . I have had version 1 for about two years and 100 plus flights, but you have convinced me to get version 2 as well.😂, andy in uk.
Absolute trash (Sorry freewing/motion RC, but its the truth). Flawed launch design. Just got one, did the maiden crash today of the Blue V2 4S F9F panther. (did not even get to fly the damn thing. Very frustrating) 1st launch. Literally looped because of the cheat holes and crashed due to me not understanding what the fuck is going on, assuming the cg was off. It wasn't it was the trash cheat hole design. 2nd launch after CA glueing the visualy destroyed trashplane: Did not loop but torque rolled and stalled. and went into the ground Destroying it completely I do not recommend anyone buy this, spend a bit more and get yourself one of the Arrows 50mm series or some other properly made HANDLAUNCH planes. This one is designed wel (visualy), has a good Powertrain, but that's about it. Doesn't want to fly. Doesn't want to launch for a damn. This jet ishands-down the quickest way to burn 130 bucks. This jet is only good for attaching it to the wall and enjoying the design. HIT OR MISS. KNOW WHAT YOU ARE GETTING YOURSELF INTO.
Nice looking bird. I ordered one and got nothing but trouble. No help from motion rc at all. Nothing they can do they say. Used their website and got nothing but trouble. Gotta kill my debit and contest the charges per my bank. Thanks motion rc for being so unhelpful. You blame my bank and my bank blames you. Beware our you might end up with your money floating around somewhere on the internet and no way to resolve other than kill my debit and hopefully get a refund in 10 days. Thanks again for nothing motion rc
Really nice v2. Great flying as always. Now we need an 80 or a 90mm of it 😉

Great flight !!!
i really miss the old navy paint job on the v1, but this still looks great! ill plan to get one and fly it on 3s as well ;)
Thank you.
I'm waiting for Freewing to come out with a 80 or 90mm F9F Panther .
I love the F9F, but I wait for a 80mm or 90mm edf plane,like the T-33 with good colors
Nice kitty!! 😉😂

I love all the new videos.
I tried maiden yesterday but had 4 failed hand launches. I think my CG was wrong. Gonna try today with wheels.

I have the same problem. When I hand launch my plane, it goes high alpha, stall and crash.
