    FOR THE MAX HEART RATE TEST, HOW DO YOU GO FROM THE 400 MAX EFFORT TO A FINAL 4OOM PUSHING EVERY 100M. CAN YOU DO A MAX EFFORT AT 400M TO ANOTHER 400 PUSHING HARDER EVERY 100M? IS THE 400M SPRINT EFFORT SLOWER THAN THE LAST 400M?
