yes I have many times 🥲 I've injured my knee before and also my calf. it was mainly in 2021. I covered a lot of full dances that had crazy dance breaks and lots of floor work. that's why it's really important to give your body rest between learning dances and to stretch thoroughly before AND after 🤍
@@leianity i normally don’t stretch before and after i start dancing (which i really should do 🙃) and sometimes manage to hurt myself. sadly, i had knee surgery six days ago and im really sad because i won’t be able to dance for a long time. also, tysm for replying to this!! 😅🥹 love your channel sm!! sending love from chicago
