Finally I'm getting rid of the problem. I checked RUclips, ppl are explaining how LSA works, some are showing up the error message saying to dismiss the warning (and thats it), but no one is saying how to fix. Thx, I tried and it worked. Ultimately I don't want to edit registry that much, but if I have - I'll do it.

What I do is, I have two M.2 drives in SABRENT NVMe M.2 to PCIe X16/X8/X4 Cards. One with Windows installed and the other with Linux. I just shut down the PC and swap them depending on what OS I want to run. I do this because I’m still fairly new to Linux and don’t know how to use the terminal or mess with Wine or other apps people use for gaming. Quite frankly, I’m too busy right now to learn as I have a couple novels I’m writing for clients and one for myself.

i had this problems for months i tryed the regedit method it reallyy worked after i rebooted i had to turn it on agian rebooted agian and problem solved
This had me flubbered most of this morning . at least i know it wasn't just me , Did find the registry fix online but wasnt sure how to add the new file ? thanks for showing us that . but in the end a simple dismiss fixed it . At least i dont have to worry about to much about the security of the system as it turns out its just a bug . Windows 11 does have its moments .

Thanks a lot, I couldn't find any solution outside this video. In my case I even couldn`t see the Device Security options. This happened to me after my ISP crashed, and I found a Not Secure WiFi Connection. Even knowing it is not secure. I connected because my important necessities, I know I regret; but I still want to know If someone is using a Honey Pot to hack. I will use a fake PC to get a little of revenge.

I really don't want to shut the UAC down entirely (although I do know how). I understand the reason for it happening when Windows detects a program that's being _installed,_ and I also believe it's okay to be prompted about running a previously installed program for the very first time, but I don't believe Windows should ask over and over, every *single* time the same program is run in the future. I wish I could make it stop doing that. 🙄
Talking of your am5, does it finally runs good? Because I noticed that, if it is the system behind you, the cpu block has the pipe going downward. So, maybe some air was trapped at the top of the block and slowly heat up some parts of the cpu. With the time, it is slowly bleeding the air in the radiator, getting more stable. But, I may be in the field eating grass with the cows too....
yeah seems stable now, the most likely time for any problems is during boot and memory training for some reason, hopefully as bios updates filter through it will get better

its been a couple days since iv upgraded to win11 and iv just got this annoying issue pop up today, the issue i have is the on off toggle for me isnt there, all im getting is LSA id off, tpm is on and so is secure boot. im clueless on what to do. i have the dissmiss option available but i dont want to press it untill iv verified that LSA is trully on and not just win11 saying its off when its really on

Protecting the LSASS.exe process with RunAsPPL is in an important part of hardening Windows Credential theft all it does is make the LSASS process run as a protected process. so in theory it can't be turned off without system level access

Hi I been having troubles with windows security where everything will turn off or parts of it will turn off. I found my LSA is completely gone theres nothing to turn on. I did get the KB5007651 updates in the definition updates section 2 weeks ago but I can't figure out how to get LSA to get it back like I said it completely gone. can you helpmme out? thanks
Back up. This fix didn't take the yellow warning triangle away. Now it doesn't tell me where the problem is. It seems the core thing is working since that warning is gone when I open Windows Security but the warning sign is still sitting on the Windows Security icon in my bottom tray. I hate trying to fix these things. Never works.

it does seem that it is just the user interface not reporting the status as it should, and hopefully a windows patch or hotfix will fix it soon

you can turn off the notification it doesn't directly interact with the LSASS function

did you turn off virtualisation in the bios? that will stop it working also

Tried QWORD for 64 and it didn't do anything so changed to DWORD and seemed to work.
