I noticed in game zack uses the buster swords sharp edge while in the lore he says that he uses the blunt edge.
Do y’all think the golden engravings of the hilt are there but just hidden under the bolts?
I always imagined it like this: The Buster sword looks like how it does in CC until cloud gets it, then eventually Cloud ends up selling or damaging the hilt and replacing it with the rivets. Obviously Reunion sorta kills this theory, but it’s my headcanon
Huh? Who used the buster sword until halfway through game? You can steal a hardedge in shinra building early in the game
