How to disable Ideapad from turning on just by opening the lid. Ideapad 3 15iil05
Use F2 Key to enter your bios.

You are an absolute legend! That has been driving me crazy for months! My last laptop got corrupted so I couldn't use any Microsoft Office programs (word, powerpoint, excel, project and the rest). I'd have it fully charged. Turn it on a few days later and its lost about 25% battery even though I turned everything off and made sure the laptop was off. Thank you again, all the way from England. Update - the bios settings in my laptop doesn't quite has the option to disable it, anyways I'm happy with the feature 😊

Hey so I bought this laptop yesterday and I am having trouble figuring out if it’s fully charged because although the light changed from orange to white it was not fully charged just at 91 percent. Any ideas because I had to charge the rest of the battery with the laptop on
