    Thank you Dr. Osborne for explaining why B12 is so important. I am 65 years old and critical ill from the lack of B12. I diagnosed myself with neuropathy from watching you, online doctors 3 years ago. You explain this for me to understand very well. I am suffering from neuropathy and trying to follow you doctors to help heal
    myself. I am taking a list of vitamins including B12. Thank you once more. I watch you all the time. Thanks for being a good and honest doctor.

      You may want to take sublingual B12, 5000mcg daily, as many people over 60 can no longer absorb B12 from digesting food in the stomach due to lack of intrinsic -factor protein to carry it into the small intestine.
      Kirkland's sublingual's the best!

    CMT, Charcot Marie Tooth disease, 1:2500 people can also be a cause of ascending neuropathy, and many subtypes are late onset, 40's 50's 60's, despite it being a genetic neurodegenerative disease. Whole Genome testing can reveal. B1, B3, B6 vitamins can be helpful for that condition.

      Sublingual means under the tongue...so it can absorb into the veins under the tongue and directly into the bloodstream. Not the mucous membrane on the cheeks

    I appreciate all this information...however, the screen on which you have been writing is white, and I have had virtually no way to see, read, or take notes on what you are writing. Can you tell me what the B-12 tests are? I would like to have them accurate so that I can talk to my physician about them.

    If you take dessicated beef liver pills, does this have the proper forms of all the vitamins and nutrients needed to be absorbed properly? The reason I ask is the bottles don't display what forms of vitamins are in the liver.

      Look into Rupa Health H.pylori
      I did carnivore too and it did not fix my issues, only after taking birch tar thru a naturopath to kill overgrowth of this bacteria. When we are stressed our HLC reduces and h.pylori goes rampant- symptoms are so many that I basically believe we all have it (we do anyway), but too many cause havoc.
      Next I would cleanse your blood. Using root herbs.
      I hope this helps 🙏

    • @abundantlivingcoaching
      @abundantlivingcoaching 4 месяца назад +3

      Low HCL (hydrochloric acid) stomach acid is created when we are stressed. H.pylori thrive in low HCL environment. So if you don’t have enough HCL (stress and overgrowth of h.pylori) you won’t be absorbing nutrients incl Vitb12
      It will also help to get a lactose free probiotic to increase good bacteria (Metagenics do one LGG).
      Not medical advise.
      There is antibiotic therapy’s for h.pylori - do your homework on it all, it’s really important to understand it all first, I’ve seen people go on antibiotics and not get long term results.

  • @MandyPS119
    @MandyPS119 3 месяца назад

    I have neuropathy in my feet. Started in numbness in toes and now its moving into balls of feet and heels. Right foot worse. Ive been tested and my B12 is way high so my B12 isnt being absorbed. I have MTHFR so i have trouble methylating B12. So now i take non methylating B12 like Hydroxocobalamin or Adenosylcobalamin B12.
    What do you think of liver pills for B12 malabsorption?
