After 38 years of riding I found out large mirrors and turn signals go a long way to making yourself more visible an area where aesthetics are not as important as function. That and I nice loud exhaust
I’m pretty sure the seat is the exact seat from the Ninja 400. It’s not totally uncomfortable, but it leans forward as if it was a full fairing sport bike. The seat would be better for the clip ons on the Ninja 400 but it does feel weird on the z400 with the higher handle bars. I’ve been thinking about shaving the back of the seat a bit just to level it out. Although there are aftermarket options as well. Not terrible though since I’ve been on the stock seat this whole time
Hi there Iv just bought one my self same color as yours it's great for urban riding but not had a long ride as yet I've just subscribed to your channel Brian in the UK.
Tough to answer. These 400’s have plenty of power to be fun and quick. Although I do still want a 600 eventually just for the pure sound of a 4 cylinder bike. Also while this has plenty enough power to go on the highway, the lack of fairings make 80mph+ kinda sketch with the wind. If/when I upgrade, I’d probably keep the 400
I have most of these on my z400. Been wanting to to get those front signals, but I've watched the video and they look like a pain to install. Maybe someday.
If youre planning on being a squid and driving for fun on the highways, ger a ninja, if you want it for more daoly use or for more than having fun, get a Z i use my Z for light errands, and going to work or basically anything that doesnt need a car, one of the best investments ive made, its my first bike too. I can go on highways no problem
I know this video is a couple of years old but thats a beautiful bike. You did good on those mods. I have a 2023 model. Great bike so far.

even 11 months and i really love to see this z400 nice bike bro
Wish the 2022 was red instead of green. I hope the stock seat in comfortable or that will be my first mod.

Beautiful bike, still riding it? For the bar end mirrors are they better than the stock ones?
Your audio is really good !
Good job on the video.
Bro make some more vids on this bike. Looks dope, I want one of these more then a ninja now 👍
I like it bro!!🤙🤙🤙 I just bought a 22 z650, I wonder if I get some of those same mods!!👊👊🤙
How's the 650? Been thinking of the Z650 or a Trident 660 for my next bike.
The only thing I don't like is the stock mirrors. That's the one mod I'm putting on mine. Awesome bike, amazing ride, bad mirrors
Sick, I'm inspired, I just got my '22 on Saturday, love it so far. Are you tired of yours yet to the point you want something bigger?

@@ArathiBasinFTW I feel the same. The wind at higher speeds is really sketchy
nice bike you got there sir, love it. 🥰

Just got them on my 2020. I know 2 years later lol but we’re very easy to install
@@CoreysMotoAdventures I ended up getting them. Liked them so much, that I got them for my Mt09, and the wife's mt07 as well.
@@Xwii610 very nice, ride safe 🤙🏻
is the clutch problem fixed in the latter yeafs
Is it for sell now?
I know I’m late to the party but, how hard was it to do the front turn signals? I’m from Northern California as well
Not too hard. There was some wiring involved but you don’t have to cut any factory wires. TST has a great install video on their RUclips channel
I’m torn between this and the ninja 400 as my first bike.

Perfect bike!
Do more videos bro
I want all of these mods!! 🙌🏼🤩
Do it! Just saw your bike, love the color
but why would you only have 1 side mirror?
If you watch the video I explain that 1 broke off. Also in California you only need 1 mirror legally on a motorcycle
